面向信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)軟硬件生態(tài)研究

摘要： 生態(tài)學(xué)的理論與方法為國(guó)產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ)軟硬件技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展研究提供了新視角、新思路和新方法。對(duì)基礎(chǔ)軟硬件生態(tài)及相關(guān)的幾個(gè)概念的內(nèi)涵、語(yǔ)義關(guān)系及應(yīng)用等進(jìn)行了深入研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)軟硬件生態(tài)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和評(píng)估，指出了存在的若干問(wèn)題。同時(shí)，針對(duì)如何建設(shè)好面向信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)軟硬件生態(tài)提出了若干建設(shè)性的意見建議。

Research on the basic software and hardware ecology for development of information industry

Abstract： The theories and methods of ecology provide new perspectives, new ideas and new methods for the development of domestic information technology and industry. In this paper, the connotation, semantic relationship and practical application of basic software and hardware ecology and related concepts are studied in depth. On the basis, this paper studied and evaluated the current situation of basic software and hardware ecology in China, pointed out some existing problems, and put forward some constructive suggestions on how to construct a perfect basic software and hardware ecology oriented to innovation of information technology.

0 引言

    信息技術(shù)發(fā)展歷史證明，圍繞關(guān)鍵技術(shù)形成的技術(shù)生態(tài)和產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)往往是最終決勝的關(guān)鍵。信息技術(shù)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和迭代升級(jí)，需要完善的基礎(chǔ)軟硬件生態(tài)體系作支撐，同時(shí)也會(huì)對(duì)生態(tài)體系的完善起到反哺作用。

    本文面向信息技術(shù)發(fā)展要求，對(duì)基礎(chǔ)軟硬件生態(tài)體系建設(shè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究，闡述了國(guó)產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ)軟硬件生態(tài)體系建設(shè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，分析存在的不足，并提出了若干解決對(duì)策和建議。
