基于邊端協(xié)作的分布式數(shù)據(jù)分級(jí)管理技術(shù)

摘要: 隨著智能應(yīng)用在嵌入式裝備系統(tǒng)中的不斷普及與發(fā)展,對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)的有效利用和深度融合提出了更高的要求。然而,嵌入式裝備類型多樣、大數(shù)據(jù)多源異構(gòu),由于缺乏統(tǒng)一的組織管理,業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用間存在數(shù)據(jù)壁壘,并出現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)孤島現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致大數(shù)據(jù)利用與開發(fā)困難。因此,在嵌入式裝備系統(tǒng)中,如何有效組織管理數(shù)據(jù)是亟待解決的難點(diǎn)。為此,以嵌入式裝備系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一管理和共享利用為導(dǎo)向,基于邊側(cè)與端側(cè)協(xié)作技術(shù),從數(shù)據(jù)管理架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)分級(jí)協(xié)同管理方案、數(shù)據(jù)請(qǐng)求調(diào)度策略三個(gè)方面,探討了嵌入式裝備系統(tǒng)中分布式數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)作管理技術(shù)的可行性,以促進(jìn)數(shù)據(jù)到信息、信息到知識(shí)、知識(shí)到?jīng)Q策的快速轉(zhuǎn)化,同時(shí),通過管與用的緊密結(jié)合,推動(dòng)嵌入式裝備系統(tǒng)中數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用的開發(fā)。

Abstract: With the continuous popularization and development of intelligent applications in the embedded equipment systems, higher requirements are put forward for the effective use and deep integration of big data. However, there are various types of embedded equipment and multi-source big data is heterogeneous. Due to the lack of unified organization and management, there are data barriers between business applications, and data islands have emerged, resulting in difficulties in the utilization and development of big data. Therefore, in the embedded equipment system, how to effectively organize and manage data is a difficult problem to be solved. To this end, this paper is guided by the unified management and sharing of data in embedded equipment systems. Based on edge-side and end-side collaboration technology, from three aspects: data management architecture, data hierarchical collaborative management scheme, and data request scheduling strategy, this paper discusses the feasibility of collaborative management technology for distributed data in the embedded equipment systems, so as to promote the rapid transformation of data to information, information to knowledge, and knowledge to decision-making. At the same time, this paper promotes the development of data applications in embedded equipment systems through the close combination of management and use.

引言

人工智能、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)等信息技術(shù)在航空嵌入式裝備系統(tǒng)中的引入和應(yīng)用,促進(jìn)了人機(jī)協(xié)同、有人無人協(xié)同等工作模式的不斷發(fā)展[1]。協(xié)同工作模式對(duì)航空智能業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)時(shí)性與準(zhǔn)確性提出更高的要求,如智能態(tài)勢認(rèn)知[2]、綜合目標(biāo)識(shí)別與判斷打擊[3]等,需要航空智能應(yīng)用做出及時(shí)且正確的決策支持,同時(shí)需要將航空數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確轉(zhuǎn)化為算法模型可執(zhí)行的信息。顯然,智能化、協(xié)同化的工作模式對(duì)航空大數(shù)據(jù)的組織管理提出了新要求[4-5]。航空大數(shù)據(jù)的有效組織管理不僅可以提升航空數(shù)據(jù)的使用效率、加快智能應(yīng)用的執(zhí)行過程,而且能降低數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)成本、優(yōu)化航空應(yīng)用升級(jí)的訓(xùn)練運(yùn)作模式。在大數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)下,美國空軍的“先進(jìn)作戰(zhàn)管理系統(tǒng)”(ABMS)構(gòu)建統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)庫dataONE,提供航空數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一管理能力,為工作人員提供統(tǒng)一的態(tài)勢感知視圖[6]。同時(shí),美國空軍的“下一代空中主宰”(NGAD)運(yùn)用人工智能系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)全域傳感器感知采集的態(tài)勢數(shù)據(jù)的快速解析,為飛行員提供之前無法實(shí)現(xiàn)的軍事輔助決策能力。同時(shí),美軍推出的新型機(jī)載數(shù)據(jù)鏈,支持異型機(jī)之間的數(shù)據(jù)共享交互[7]。
