国产PLC发展现状及展望

摘要： 综述了国内PLC的发展历史，介绍了国内PLC市场现状、主流国产PLC、PLC标准以及相关国家政策，分别从功能性能、逻辑编程软件、网络协议、产品谱系以及标准化等方面分析了国内外PLC的差距。针对存在的差距，结合欧系、美系和日系PLC的特点，提出了一种中国系PLC的发展思路，瞄准国防军工、关键基础设施等行业需求，通过重大项目和重点领域的带动，基于国产自主软硬件生态开展国产PLC研制和应用推广工作。

Current development situation and prospects of China-made PLC

Abstract： This paper briefly reviewed the history of China-made PLC and presented the domestic market situation of PLC, mainstream products of China-made PLC, PLC standards, and relevant national policies. And the existing gaps between foreign and domestic PLC products were analyzed from some aspects including PLC performance indicators, logic programming software, network protocols, product categories, and standardization. Then this paper tried to propose a solution to develop the China-made PLC, combining the characteristics of PLCs of European, American, and Japanese systems. Led by the key projects in the fields of defense industry and critical infrastructure, the China-made PLC will be developed and used based on the domestic independent software and hardware.

0 引言
可編程邏輯控制器（PLC）是一種面向工業(yè)控制的實(shí)時(shí)嵌入式計(jì)算機(jī)，通過(guò)專用的控制語(yǔ)言可以實(shí)現(xiàn)各類邏輯控制及流程控制。以PLC為中心，可以構(gòu)建面向國(guó)防軍工、制造、軌道交通、電力、水利、市政等領(lǐng)域的自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)。PLC系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代數(shù)字工業(yè)體系的“大腦”，可全面掌握各類核心工藝數(shù)據(jù)及運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)，直接決定和保障國(guó)家工業(yè)體系、國(guó)防裝備體系安全健康運(yùn)行。
1 國(guó)內(nèi)PLC發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀
PLC問(wèn)世近60年來(lái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域繼電器接線邏輯到存儲(chǔ)邏輯的飛躍，功能從弱到強(qiáng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了邏輯控制到數(shù)字控制的進(jìn)步，應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域從小到大，實(shí)現(xiàn)了單體設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)單控制到復(fù)雜運(yùn)動(dòng)控制、過(guò)程控制以及集散控制等各種任務(wù)的跨越。
