國(guó)產(chǎn)高性能PLC綜合測(cè)試平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: PLC作為工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)的核心基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備,廣泛應(yīng)用于國(guó)家重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和各種工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域,對(duì)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行自主安全、穩(wěn)定可靠的控制,是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)制造向中國(guó)智造轉(zhuǎn)型的重中之重。在此背景下,國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC發(fā)展勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁迅猛,尤其是在航空航天、國(guó)防軍工等高端應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)高性能PLC產(chǎn)品有著迫切的需求。由于國(guó)產(chǎn)大型PLC的發(fā)展起步較晚、應(yīng)用較少,如何評(píng)價(jià)國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC的性能優(yōu)劣以及是否能夠滿足工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用,缺少統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與評(píng)價(jià)方法。針對(duì)此問題,設(shè)計(jì)了一套面向國(guó)產(chǎn)高性能PLC的綜合測(cè)試平臺(tái),選擇兩款主流國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC與一款國(guó)外主流產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行橫向參數(shù)量化對(duì)比,提出了高端PLC的關(guān)鍵性能指標(biāo)及評(píng)價(jià)方法,并通過(guò)搭建硬件在環(huán)的虛擬工業(yè)場(chǎng)景,測(cè)試比較PLC滿足應(yīng)用的能力,通過(guò)測(cè)試實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了測(cè)試平臺(tái)的有效性,為國(guó)產(chǎn)高性能PLC的評(píng)價(jià)、選擇提供參考,推動(dòng)國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC的規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化及規(guī)?;?,助力工業(yè)4.0高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

Abstract: As the core basic equipment of the industrial control system, PLC is widely used in important national infrastructure and various industrial control fields. It is the top priority to realize the transformation from made in China to intelligent manufacturing in China to control the industrial site independently, safely, stably and reliably. In this context, domestic PLC has a strong and rapid development momentum, especially in high-end application fields such as aerospace, national defense and military industry. There is an urgent demand for domestic high-performance PLC products. Due to the late development and less application of domestic large-scale PLC, how to evaluate the performance of domestic PLC and whether it can meet the industrial field application is lack of unified standards and evaluation methods. In view of this problem, a set of comprehensive test platform for domestic high-performance PLC is designed. Two mainstream domestic PLCs are selected for quantitative comparison of horizontal parameters with a foreign mainstream product. The key performance indicators and evaluation methods of high-end PLC are proposed. By building a hardware in the loop virtual industrial scene, the ability of PLC to meet the application is tested and compared. The effectiveness of the test platform is verified through a test example, which provides a basis for the evaluation of domestic high-performance PLC Choose to provide reference, promote the normalization, standardization and scale of domestic PLC, and help the high-quality development of Industry 4.0.

0 引言

    “十四五”智能制造發(fā)展規(guī)劃確定了我國(guó)制造業(yè)的發(fā)展路徑和中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展目標(biāo),隨著智能制造發(fā)展駛?cè)肟燔嚨?,我?guó)正式跨入工業(yè)4.0時(shí)代[1-2]。作為工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)的核心基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備,可編程邏輯控制器(PLC)能夠在其內(nèi)部存儲(chǔ)并執(zhí)行各種指令[3],通過(guò)數(shù)字式或模擬式的輸入與輸出,對(duì)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的各類設(shè)備或生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化控制乃至智能控制。

    近年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)外爆發(fā)了大量針對(duì)工控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊的事件,給我國(guó)的工控安全敲響了警鐘。同時(shí),信息化、工業(yè)化的深度融合與“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”戰(zhàn)略的全面推進(jìn),促使工控網(wǎng)絡(luò)日益開放,PLC控制系統(tǒng)面臨的安全形勢(shì)也日益嚴(yán)峻[4]。因此,自主研發(fā)PLC產(chǎn)品和相應(yīng)控制軟件勢(shì)在必行,尤其是在航空航天、水利水電、國(guó)防軍工等高端應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)高性能PLC產(chǎn)品有著迫切的需求。但由于國(guó)產(chǎn)大型PLC尚處于起步階段,產(chǎn)品之間性能的差異以及是否能夠滿足應(yīng)用需求尚缺少統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與評(píng)價(jià)方法。本系統(tǒng)旨在通過(guò)搭建國(guó)產(chǎn)高性能PLC的指標(biāo)測(cè)試對(duì)比平臺(tái),橫向?qū)Ρ葒?guó)外主流PLC產(chǎn)品,對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC關(guān)鍵性能指標(biāo)、應(yīng)用能力進(jìn)行分析與實(shí)證,建立一套完整且可擴(kuò)展的評(píng)價(jià)體系,推動(dòng)國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC走向規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)?;鼮橛脩暨x用國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC提供參考依據(jù)。
