基于区块链的新能源充电桩共享管理方案

摘要: 近些年在国家大力推进下,新能源充电桩和电动车领域发展迅猛,但也存在交易信息被泄露、企业间数据难以共享、用户充电体验感差等负面情况。基于以上问题,提出了一套基于区块链的新能源充电管理方案,利用区块链去中心化、数据加密等特性,在区块链底层上利用比特币、联合表征推荐算法等技术,建立联盟链模块、充电币模块、推荐模块三个模块,提出一套基于区块链的分布式新能源电动车充电管理方案。实践证明,该方案可以较好地解决上述问题。

New energy charging pile shared charging management scheme based on blockchain

Abstract: In recent years, under the vigorous promotion of the state, the fields of new energy charging piles and electric vehicles have developed rapidly, but there are also negative situations such as leakage of transaction information, difficulty in sharing data between enterprises, and poor user charging experience. Based on the above problems, the article proposes a new energy charging management plan based on blockchain, using the characteristics of blockchain such as decentralization and data encryption, using Bitcoin on the bottom of the blockchain and joint representation recommendation algorithm and other technologies, three modules including alliance chain module, charging coin module and recommendation module are established, and a set of distributed new energy electric vehicle charging management scheme based on blockchain is proposed. Practice has proved that this scheme can better solve the above-mentioned problems.

0 引言
2020年,中國提出“新基建”方案,新能源電動車及其充電樁作為七大建設(shè)內(nèi)容之一后[1],新能源電動車的產(chǎn)品市場高速增長,預(yù)計到2020年結(jié)束,中國各類電動汽車保有量將超過500萬輛[2],電動車及其充電樁市場發(fā)展迅速,但也存在大量問題,出現(xiàn)了有車無樁、有樁無電;充電設(shè)施無人監(jiān)管、企業(yè)監(jiān)管成本高、政府難以監(jiān)管;充電設(shè)施企業(yè)品牌繁雜,企業(yè)間難以共享資源和數(shù)據(jù),造成行業(yè)壁壘;用戶找不到合適的充電樁、充電程序繁瑣;交易信息不透明、隱私數(shù)據(jù)難以得到保護(hù);閑置私人充電樁未被利用,造成社會資源浪費等一系列負(fù)面情況。
