摘要: 針對(duì)海上落水飛機(jī)目標(biāo)存在背景噪聲抑制不足、目標(biāo)輪廓不完整、目標(biāo)特征弱化、小目標(biāo)像素點(diǎn)識(shí)別困難等問題,提出一種基于時(shí)差累積優(yōu)化的雙流融合灰度值判別算法,通過(guò)構(gòu)建“雙目標(biāo)特征增強(qiáng)-噪聲抑制-時(shí)空配準(zhǔn)”三維優(yōu)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)五級(jí)遞進(jìn)式圖像處理。搭建了典型場(chǎng)景下的機(jī)載平臺(tái)圖像采集-評(píng)估系統(tǒng),開展了“白天-夜間”階梯式實(shí)驗(yàn),得到白天實(shí)驗(yàn)下雙目標(biāo)信比最高可達(dá)1.739,夜晚環(huán)境下信背比可達(dá)25。

Study on dual-stream fusion gray value discrimination method for maritime crashed aircraft based on time difference accumulation optimization

Abstract: In response to the problems existing in the detection of maritime crashed aircraft targets, such as insufficient background noise suppression, incomplete target contours, weakened target features, and difficulty in identifying small target pixels, a dual-stream fusion gray value discrimination algorithm based on time difference accumulation optimization is proposed. By constructing a three-dimensional optimization of "dual-target feature enhancement-noise suppression-spatiotemporal registration", a five-level progressive image processing is realized. An airborne platform image acquisition and evaluation system under typical scenarios is built; "day-night" stepwise experiments are conducted, and it is found that the maximum dual-target signal ratio in daytime experiments can reach 1.739, and the signal-to-background ratio in nighttime environments can reach 25.

引言

海上落水飛機(jī)的快速、精準(zhǔn)識(shí)別與定位,對(duì)于搜救行動(dòng)尤為重要。據(jù)國(guó)際民航有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,僅43%的遇險(xiǎn)目標(biāo)能在黃金72小時(shí)內(nèi)被發(fā)現(xiàn),其中傳統(tǒng)目視搜索效率不足0.5 km2/h,而機(jī)載光電系統(tǒng)可提升至50 km2/h,可見機(jī)載光電系統(tǒng)在海上航空搜救中承擔(dān)重要角色[1]。但受限于海上環(huán)境等因素,落水飛機(jī)目標(biāo)圖像存在背景噪聲抑制不足、目標(biāo)輪廓不完整、目標(biāo)特征弱化、小目標(biāo)像素點(diǎn)識(shí)別困難、抗干擾能力不足等問題。為了提高對(duì)該類目標(biāo)的識(shí)別能力,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究人員提出了如海浪抑制、海天線檢測(cè)、小目標(biāo)檢測(cè)等算法。其中常用于海上落水飛機(jī)搜尋領(lǐng)域的圖像檢測(cè)算法包括Canny邊緣檢測(cè)算法、模板匹配圖像檢測(cè)算法以及灰度重心光源光斑圖像檢測(cè)算法等[2-5]。但這些算法依賴固定閾值分割,在海浪周期性的波動(dòng)下容易產(chǎn)生虛警,動(dòng)態(tài)干擾復(fù)雜導(dǎo)致誤檢問題,同時(shí)存在對(duì)失事飛機(jī)完整性要求較高、數(shù)據(jù)集體量大等應(yīng)用問題[6-7]。

本文提出了一種基于時(shí)差累積優(yōu)化的海上落水飛機(jī)雙流融合灰度值判別算法,通過(guò)雙流目標(biāo)進(jìn)行示位,對(duì)采集后的圖像進(jìn)行“高斯濾波處理-自適應(yīng)閾值分割-多幀圖像累計(jì)-灰度最值統(tǒng)計(jì)-灰度值判別”五級(jí)遞進(jìn)式圖像處理,進(jìn)一步提升海上落水飛機(jī)的判別效果。
