V频段H面膜片带通滤波器设计

摘要: 为满足上变频器对低插入损耗、高抑制度滤波器的需要,设计并制作了一种V频段H面膜片带通滤波器,该滤波器由六个矩形谐振腔串联组成。六个谐振腔和七个耦合窗的尺寸初值通过理论计算得到,采用三维电磁场仿真软件HFSS对滤波器进行了结构建模和优化仿真。制作了滤波器样品并进行了测试,测试结果表明在47.2~50.2 GHz带内插入损耗小于0.6 dB,回波损耗优于15.6 dB,对42.6 GHz频点的抑制度为73.8 dBc,对54.8 GHz频点的抑制度为52.8 dBc,测试结果与软件仿真结果基本一致。

Abstract: To meet the needs of up converters for low insertion loss and high suppression filters, an H-plane iris band-pass filter at V-band was designed and fabricated. This filter was composed of six rectangular resonant cavities, which were connected together by series. The initial size values of six resonant cavities and seven coupling windows were obtained through theoretical calculations. The filter structure was modeled and optimized using three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software HFSS. The sample filter was fabricated and measured. The measured results show that the insertion loss is less than 0.6 dB, the return loss is better than 15.6 dB between 47.2 GHz and 50.2 GHz. The stop-band suppression is 73.8 dBc at 42.6 GHz and 52.8 dBc at 54.8 GHz. The measured results are consistent with the simulation results.

引言

隨著世界各國衛(wèi)星通信產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,C、Ku和Ka等頻譜資源逐漸趨于飽和,衛(wèi)星通信頻率亟需向Q/V、E和太赫茲等更高頻段擴(kuò)展。Q/V頻段衛(wèi)星通信具有通信容量大、波束定向性好、干擾源少等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已成為目前衛(wèi)星通信領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)[1-6]。國際電信聯(lián)盟《無線電規(guī)則》和《中國人民共和國無線電頻率劃分規(guī)定》對(duì)Q/V頻段衛(wèi)星通信固定業(yè)務(wù)頻率規(guī)劃為:空對(duì)地方向使用37.5~42.5 GHz;地對(duì)空方向使用42.5~43.5 GHz、47.2~50.2 GHz、50.4~52.4 GHz[7]。

在毫米波頻段,基于微帶線、帶狀線等常見的濾波器形式無法滿足低插入損耗和高抑制度等要求,使用場(chǎng)合受限;而波導(dǎo)濾波器具有功率容量大、插入損耗小和Q值高等特點(diǎn),因此得到廣泛應(yīng)用。本文對(duì)波導(dǎo)濾波器中的一種——H面膜片帶通濾波器[8-10]進(jìn)行了理論分析和計(jì)算,并采用三維電磁場(chǎng)仿真軟件HFSS對(duì)V頻段(47.2~50.2 GHz)H面膜片帶通濾波器進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)建模和優(yōu)化仿真,根據(jù)尺寸優(yōu)化值加工制作的濾波器樣品無需調(diào)試,性能良好,適合批量生產(chǎn)。
