Abstract: Information sharing and business collaboration are needed in various fields such as government, military, and finance, especially in the field of cyberspace cartography. Starting with the concept, architecture, and technological development of data system, borrowing the technical concept such as DataMesh and DataPipe, this paper proposes a autonomous, transparent, and virtual integrated data system framework. In order to facilitate our framework be applied in engineering, this paper also proposes some practical methods, including 5-dimensional unified language system, 8 features for data platform, “8+8” governance framework, data governance process consisting of 5 stages and 12 steps and 2 typical computing governance scenarios. The research aims to provide reference and assistance for the construction of cross-domain systems, assisting cyberspace cartography data to integrate and be valuable.
