摘要: 針對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)共享和發(fā)布過(guò)程中面臨的侵權(quán)盜版與隱私泄露問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于加性噪聲的強(qiáng)魯棒數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)盲水印方法。該方法結(jié)合了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)水印與數(shù)據(jù)脫敏技術(shù),利用加性拉普拉斯噪聲已有失真,通過(guò)比值奇偶性與噪聲修改機(jī)制嵌入水印信息,顯著減少二次失真,并通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)特征調(diào)整,保持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)的可用性。該方法在強(qiáng)化隱私保護(hù)性能的同時(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)水印信息盲提取,并具備極強(qiáng)的魯棒性。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,該方法有效降低了數(shù)據(jù)泄露和被盜用的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),是一種同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)敏感數(shù)據(jù)的隱私保護(hù)、泄密溯源與版權(quán)標(biāo)識(shí)的集成式方案。

Abstract: A robust blind watermarking method for databases based on additive noise is proposed to address the issues of copyright infringement and privacy breaches in the process of big data sharing and publishing. This method integrates database watermarking with data desensitization techniques, leveraging the inherent distortion of additive Laplace noise. Watermark information is embedded through the ratio parity and noise modification mechanisms, significantly reducing secondary distortion. By adjusting statistical characteristics, the method preserves data usability. While enhancing privacy protection, it enables blind extraction of watermark information and demonstrates exceptional robustness. Experimental results show that this approach effectively reduces the risks of data leakage and unauthorized use, providing an integrated solution that simultaneously achieves sensitive data privacy protection, leakage tracing, and copyright marking.

引言

隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的全面來(lái)臨和信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展與普及,數(shù)據(jù)在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中扮演著愈發(fā)重要的角色,其中大量的個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)被收集、存儲(chǔ)和共享,這些個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)通常存儲(chǔ)在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中并具有非常高的使用價(jià)值,數(shù)據(jù)擁有者可以通過(guò)大數(shù)據(jù)分析幫助企業(yè)了解用戶的喜好、行為和需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)性化推薦、定制化服務(wù)和有效決策[1-2]。但數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)在使用過(guò)程中面臨著數(shù)據(jù)盜竊、非法復(fù)制和侵犯版權(quán)等問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而影響到數(shù)據(jù)本身的真實(shí)性和完整性[3]。數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中有可能存在大量用戶的敏感信息,數(shù)據(jù)泄露事件也會(huì)危及用戶的隱私[4]。因此,在當(dāng)前大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代面臨的眾多挑戰(zhàn)中,數(shù)據(jù)安全與隱私問(wèn)題被公認(rèn)為關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題之一[5]。

如何在不影響數(shù)據(jù)使用便利性的前提下,加強(qiáng)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)安全與隱私信息的保護(hù)已成為社會(huì)各界共同關(guān)注的目標(biāo)。在此背景下,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)水印技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)脫敏技術(shù)成為解決上述問(wèn)題的有效手段,并在數(shù)據(jù)安全和隱私保護(hù)領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。
