二維側(cè)視型聲學(xué)多普勒流速儀的設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 為了獲得淺水或斷面處的二維流速分布,擴(kuò)展超聲波測(cè)量的應(yīng)用范圍,設(shè)計(jì)了二維側(cè)視型聲學(xué)多普勒流速儀。采用5 MHz高頻超聲波進(jìn)行測(cè)量,并設(shè)計(jì)了獨(dú)特的探頭結(jié)構(gòu),避免對(duì)測(cè)流場(chǎng)產(chǎn)生干擾。基于多普勒效應(yīng)的基本原理,采用復(fù)自相關(guān)算法進(jìn)行頻率估計(jì),解算出超聲波換能器的徑向流速,通過(guò)變換矩陣得到二維流速。實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)的二維側(cè)視型聲學(xué)多普勒流速儀能有效測(cè)量出采樣體的二維流速,測(cè)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差分別為0.028 m/s和0.009 m/s,具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。

Design of two-dimensional side-looking acoustic Doppler velocimeter

Abstract: To obtain the two-dimensional velocity distribution at the shallow or cross-section of the water and expand the application range of ultrasonic measurement, a two-dimensional side-looking acoustic Doppler velocimeter was designed. A 5 MHz high-frequency ultrasonic wave was used for measurement, and a unique probe structure was designed to avoid interference to the measuring flow field. Based on the basic principle of the Doppler effect, the complex autocorrelation algorithm was used to estimate the frequency, and the radial velocity of ultrasonic transducer was calculated. The two-dimensional velocity was obtained through the transformation matrix. The experimental results show that the designed two-dimensional side-looking acoustic Doppler velocimeter can effectively measure the two-dimensional velocity of the sample with the standard deviation of 0.047 m/s and 0.009 m/s respectively, which has certain practical value.

0 引言

流速是基本的水文參數(shù),對(duì)流速的精確測(cè)量在水體研究、工業(yè)監(jiān)測(cè)、環(huán)境保護(hù)、洪澇預(yù)警等[1]方面具有重要意義。從早期使用機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行測(cè)量的轉(zhuǎn)子式流速儀,再到使用超聲波進(jìn)行測(cè)量的流速儀,以及采用激光、電磁、雷達(dá)等基本原理進(jìn)行測(cè)量的流速儀[2-4],流速測(cè)量技術(shù)逐漸向多元化、垂直化發(fā)展,以滿足不同應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景的測(cè)量需求。

聲學(xué)多普勒流速儀(Acoustic Doppler Velocimeter, ADV)能提供水體的瞬時(shí)速度參數(shù),具有速度快、精度高及維度測(cè)量的優(yōu)點(diǎn)[5],是研究湍流特性、水動(dòng)力學(xué)建模的關(guān)鍵儀器。當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)主要由國(guó)外公司所壟斷,如美國(guó)Sontek公司的Micro ADV及FlowTracker2,以及Nortek公司的Vectrino ADV,而國(guó)內(nèi)主要是針對(duì)ADV應(yīng)用方面的研究,缺乏ADV設(shè)備的研究設(shè)計(jì),也缺乏相應(yīng)的文獻(xiàn)資料,實(shí)現(xiàn)ADV設(shè)備的國(guó)產(chǎn)化符合當(dāng)前我國(guó)科技創(chuàng)新的目標(biāo)。ADV可提供水體的二維、三維流速數(shù)據(jù)[6],其中二維型ADV可測(cè)量單點(diǎn)的二維流速,可用于研究沿岸沖刷模型、斷面流速分布等。
