一種可擴(kuò)展的高精度可靠IO時(shí)序測(cè)試方法

摘要: 針對(duì)現(xiàn)有IO測(cè)試方法時(shí)序測(cè)量數(shù)量少、精度和可靠性低的問(wèn)題,提出了一種可擴(kuò)展的高精度可靠IO時(shí)序測(cè)試方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于層次化的混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)的統(tǒng)一時(shí)鐘的可擴(kuò)展大規(guī)模分布式IO時(shí)序測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。試驗(yàn)表明該系統(tǒng)在有效提高了IO時(shí)序容量規(guī)模的同時(shí),保證了每個(gè)時(shí)序的測(cè)量時(shí)間精度,同時(shí)這種測(cè)量精度不會(huì)隨層級(jí)增加而積累,各層級(jí)間誤差一致性較高,可在滿足大規(guī)模異步IO時(shí)序測(cè)試的同時(shí),兼顧高精度和高可靠性,具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。

A scalable high precision and reliable IO timing sequence testing method

Abstract: In this paper, a scalable highprecision and reliable IO timing test method is proposed to solve the problems of small number of timing measurements and low accuracy and reliability of existing IO testing methods, and a scalable largescale distributed IO timing test system based on hierarchical hybrid network architecture and unified clock is implemented. The test shows that the system not only effectively improves the capacity scale of IO timing sequence, but also guarantees the measuring time accuracy of each timing sequence. At the same time, the measuring accuracy will not accumulate with the increase of levels, and the error consistency between different levels is high. It can meet the requirements of largescale asynchronous IO timing sequence testing while giving consideration to high precision and high reliability, which has certain practical value.

0 引言
IO型數(shù)字量由于其實(shí)現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)單可靠、成本低廉,常常作為嵌入式系統(tǒng)中獲取系統(tǒng)時(shí)序反饋、運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的一種即時(shí)有效的采樣形式。但它常常受到芯片或者集成電路的體積限制,使得能夠同時(shí)采用這種形式的信號(hào)數(shù)量較少,無(wú)法較好適配采集IO型數(shù)字量規(guī)模較大的甚至跨地域分布的自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng),采集的實(shí)時(shí)性也常常無(wú)法與其在小規(guī)模系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用效果相比。
