一種彈載設(shè)備快速軟件在線升級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

摘要: 針對(duì)彈載設(shè)備在裝彈條件下內(nèi)部軟件數(shù)量多、規(guī)模大、升級(jí)時(shí)間長且分散到多個(gè)模塊、拆裝困難等問題,提出了一種基于1553B總線結(jié)合SRIO高速串口的遠(yuǎn)程軟件在線升級(jí)方法,描述其系統(tǒng)組成和工作原理,給出遠(yuǎn)程在線升級(jí)方法和實(shí)現(xiàn)的具體流程。該方法有效解決了全彈狀態(tài)彈載復(fù)雜單機(jī)軟件的高可靠性、高吞吐速率的在線升級(jí)需求和軟件維護(hù),實(shí)際應(yīng)用中具有靈活性、可靠性和高數(shù)據(jù)率等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Design and implementation of on-line update method of airborne equipment software

Abstract: In this paper, a remote online software update method based on 1553B bus and Serial RapidIO(SRIO) high-speed serial port is proposed to solve the problems of large number of internal software, large scale, long update time, scattered to multiple modules, difficult disassembly and assembly of airborne equipment under the loading condition. The system composition and working principle are described, and the remote online update method and implementation process are given. This method effectively solves the online update requirements and software maintenance of complex stand-alone software with high reliability and high throughput under the condition of full ammunition. It has the advantages of flexibility, reliability and high data rate in practical application.

0 引言

導(dǎo)彈體積受限,彈載電子設(shè)備集成化越來越高,尺寸結(jié)構(gòu)越來越緊湊,組件包括大量高性能數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器單核或多核數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器(Digital Signal Process,DSP),通過升級(jí)軟件模塊或更改軟件配置,很容易拓展新的功能。但裝彈后單機(jī)電子設(shè)備的拆卸需要專門返廠進(jìn)行,維修成本較高且時(shí)間長,嚴(yán)重影響導(dǎo)彈交付部隊(duì)的作戰(zhàn)應(yīng)用。傳統(tǒng)升級(jí)方式將處理器的仿真接口引出到導(dǎo)彈艙體,通過仿真器進(jìn)行升級(jí),該方法一方面占用了寶貴的彈上空間,另一方面由于引線長度及彈上電子設(shè)備干擾導(dǎo)致可靠性差,且難以一次升級(jí)多個(gè)軟件。

本文提出一種利用彈上通信接口,不需要額外增加仿真接口的快速在線升級(jí)軟件的方法。通過介紹遠(yuǎn)程在線升級(jí)的原理,包括硬件接口與軟件升級(jí)流程,描述在線升級(jí)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證證明該方法具有高可靠性、高穩(wěn)定性、燒寫異常的情況下可重復(fù)燒寫、可一次升級(jí)多個(gè)軟件等優(yōu)點(diǎn),可廣泛應(yīng)用于彈上電子設(shè)備在線升級(jí)。
