基于5G網(wǎng)聯(lián)無人機的智慧巡防應用研究

摘要: 為提升治安巡防等的快速響應與智慧化水平,基于5G、無人機、邊緣計算(MEC)以及人工智能(AI),構(gòu)建了一套網(wǎng)聯(lián)無人機智慧巡防解決方案。通過專用5G通信終端實現(xiàn)無人機網(wǎng)聯(lián)接入,借助5G上行超大帶寬實現(xiàn)高清視頻遠程回傳,基于5G MEC超低時延實現(xiàn)無人機超視距精準控制。針對低空無人機視頻特征,優(yōu)化人臉識別算法,實時精準捕捉人臉并進行人物特征AI識別,實現(xiàn)智慧巡防。在施工工地進行了應用實踐與測試,對工地附近人員是否佩戴口罩進行實時監(jiān)測,達到了預期效果。

Abstract: In order to improve the rapid response and intelligent level of public security patrol, a set of networked UAV intelligent patrol solution is constructed based on 5G, UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle), MEC(multi-access edge computing) and AI(artificial intelligence). UAV network connection is realized through dedicated 5G communication terminal, high-definition video remote backhaul is realized with 5G uplink ultra-large bandwidth, and ultra-low latency of 5G MEC is used to realize precise control of UAV beyond visual range. Aiming at the video features of low-altitude UAVs, the face recognition algorithm is optimized, the face is accurately captured in real time and the character feature AI recognition is performed to realize smart patrol and defense. Application practices and tests were carried out on the construction site, real-time monitoring of whether people near the construction site were wearing masks, the expected results were achieved.

0 引言
當下的社會環(huán)境,龐大的人流、物流、資金流等高速流動,新冠疫情防控持續(xù)不能松懈,社會治安要素的動態(tài)管控難度加大,僅靠傳統(tǒng)警務模式、方法和手段管理已不能滿足需求[1]。公安機關(guān)迫切需要利用AI識別、視頻監(jiān)控、無人機追蹤等各類新興信息化手段和技術(shù)開展動態(tài)、立體、智慧巡防[2]。
近年來,無人機市場規(guī)模增長迅速,在多行業(yè)、多領域得到重要應用。在警務巡防領域,5G使能網(wǎng)聯(lián)無人機技術(shù),以最小的延遲傳輸大量的數(shù)據(jù)[3]。本文介紹了基于5G網(wǎng)聯(lián)無人機智慧巡防解決方案,通過5G網(wǎng)絡使現(xiàn)場情報的獲取和傳輸更清晰、流暢,使指揮中心和現(xiàn)場作戰(zhàn)協(xié)同更加實時精準?;跓o人機高分辨率影像的人臉識別,加速疑犯的識別效率,提升識別精度。在疫情防控方面,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)人員聚集、未佩戴口罩等風險因素。
