基于Arduino Mega 2560的水下探測(cè)儀設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

摘要: 針對(duì)有限的水下深度和水下環(huán)境的不確定性,探討并設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于Arduino Mega 2560最小系統(tǒng)的遠(yuǎn)程操控水下探測(cè)儀。首先通過(guò)DC-DC可調(diào)降壓模塊控制輸出功率以提供穩(wěn)定電壓,并由螺旋槳通過(guò)無(wú)刷電機(jī)和無(wú)刷電調(diào)相結(jié)合形成推進(jìn)器,利用Arduino Mega 2560實(shí)現(xiàn)水下的自由移動(dòng);同時(shí),采用雙絞線傳輸器聯(lián)合Arduino串口通信完成視頻圖像的發(fā)射與接收,并由電力載波模塊進(jìn)行調(diào)制與解調(diào),進(jìn)而完成實(shí)時(shí)圖傳;接著由繼電器控制水下觀察的LED燈和吸引魚(yú)群的LED誘魚(yú)燈。經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)試,該設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了水下1~5 m的前后左右移動(dòng)、實(shí)時(shí)的水下視頻圖像傳輸、照明和誘魚(yú)等功能。

Design and implementation of underwater detector based on Arduino Mega 2560

Abstract: For limited underwater depth and uncertainty of the underwater environment,the remotely controlled underwater detector based on Arduino Mega 2560 minimal system was investigated and designed.The DCDC adjustable buck module supplied a stable voltage by controlling the output power.The thruster was composed of propeller driven by brushless motor and the motor controlled by ESC,and free movement of the detector underwater was realized by Arduino Mega 2560.Meanwhile,twisted pair transmitter combined with Arduino′s serial communication to realize the transmission and reception of video images.The power carrier module performed modulation and demodulation to realize realtime image transmission. LED lights for underwater observation and fish were controlled by relay output.The testing experiments proved that the functions of forwardbackward and leftright movement of 1~5 meters under water,realtime underwater video image transmission,lighting and fish trapping could be realized.

0 引言
水下探測(cè)儀也稱(chēng)為無(wú)人水下潛水器,是一種在水下作業(yè)最具潛力的開(kāi)發(fā)工具,具有運(yùn)動(dòng)控制、通信導(dǎo)航、實(shí)時(shí)反饋水下環(huán)境等功能。由于水下環(huán)境的不確定性,人的潛水深度有限,目前水下機(jī)器人已成為海洋開(kāi)發(fā)的重要工具。國(guó)外從20世紀(jì)20年代開(kāi)始現(xiàn)代潛水器的研制,并不斷對(duì)其進(jìn)行改造,目前研制了更多功能的水下機(jī)器人,如法國(guó)的“逆戟鯨”號(hào),日本的R2D4和“海鲀3K”號(hào),美國(guó)的REMUS和“UUV”號(hào)等,且REMUS6000能達(dá)到25~6 000 m的工作深度,代表了自主式水下探測(cè)器的最高水平。文獻(xiàn)[2]和文獻(xiàn)[3]探討分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外各種水下機(jī)器人的研究現(xiàn)狀和結(jié)構(gòu),為現(xiàn)在的深入研究提供了一定的幫助。
