基于视觉的连接器特征辨识

摘要: 单目视觉识别系统中,工件的高度不同会导致测量直径尺寸的误差。通过单目相机识别图像的高度特征信息与直径特征信息,完成工件的准确测量识别。提出了一种工件多特征组合辨识的方法识别连接器。通过识别工件中心以及对工件所形成的阴影在指定的测量方向进行阴影长度测量,通过工件的高度和直径两个特征元素,识别工件的尺寸及类型。采用形态学闭运算对图像处理,而后获取工件的中心。在测量的方向上采用Halcon封装的边缘检测算法检测到亚像素边缘,而后处理获得阴影的长度尺寸。再根据组合特征确定工件类型。实验表明,所提出的工件多特征组合辨识的方法能够准确识别工件的特征,此方法能够准确区分不同工件,完成自动化生产的辨识工作。

Abstract: In the monocular vision recognition system, the measuring error of the diameter can be caused due to the different height of the workpiece. Accurate recognition of workpiece is completed by measurjing the height and diameter feature information of the workpiece. A methodology was proposed by integrating with multi-feature, that is the height and diameter feature.The length of the shadow in the specified measuring direction is measured by identifying the center of the workpiece.The size and type of the workpiece are identified by the height and diameter of the workpiece. The closed operation of morphology is used to process the image, and then the center of the workpiece is obtained. In the direction of measurement, the edge detection algorithm with Halcon package is used to detect the subpixel edge, and then the length of the shadow is obtained by post-processing. The workpiece type is determined according to combining features. A test show, the method of multi-feature combination identification of the workpiece proposed in this paper can accurately identify the characteristics of the workpiece, and this method can accurately distinguish different workpiece to complete the identification of automatic production.

0 引言

    目前在產(chǎn)品的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)中視覺系統(tǒng)占據(jù)了很大的比重。采用圖像的測(cè)量技術(shù)不需要直接接觸測(cè)量對(duì)象效率高,同時(shí)視覺系統(tǒng)的采用可以極大提高自動(dòng)化程度[1-2],圖像的采集、處理、分析可由計(jì)算機(jī)程序設(shè)定,極大地提高生產(chǎn)效率[3-4]。而在自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域,視覺系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用范圍很廣,應(yīng)用范圍涵蓋到工業(yè)元件的尺寸測(cè)量、物體形狀檢測(cè)、模式識(shí)別、模板匹配等諸多方面[5-6]。但是目前自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)中所采用的視覺系統(tǒng),由于存在相機(jī)和鏡頭加工誤差、裝配誤差、光源選用,都會(huì)對(duì)檢測(cè)結(jié)果造成影響,影響到視覺系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)精度[7]

    在多產(chǎn)品的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)中,對(duì)工件的辨識(shí)是至關(guān)重要的步驟[8],本文針對(duì)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的連接器組件的類型辨識(shí)進(jìn)行研究。在不同型號(hào)的連接器類型中,有一些型號(hào)直徑尺寸特征相近,在對(duì)其采取直徑特征檢測(cè)時(shí),不同測(cè)量時(shí)多方面因素影響而產(chǎn)生的誤差,導(dǎo)致對(duì)直徑的測(cè)量出錯(cuò)。而直徑尺寸相近的連接器,高度有明顯的區(qū)別,尺寸相差較多。

    本文針對(duì)上述情況,提出通過連接器的組合特征辨識(shí)連接器的類型,采用單目相機(jī)通過對(duì)工件進(jìn)行單側(cè)光源投影,利用產(chǎn)生的陰影,結(jié)合幾何數(shù)學(xué)的思想,對(duì)工件的尺寸和種類進(jìn)行識(shí)別,其中通過形態(tài)學(xué)識(shí)別工件中心,其次確定測(cè)量矢量方向,沿著矢量方向通過邊緣檢測(cè)得出工件尺寸測(cè)量結(jié)果,辨識(shí)出工件種類。
