煤機組汽前泵效率在線分析系統(tǒng)研究

摘要: 汽前泵是大型燃煤機組重要輔助設(shè)備,汽前泵泵效率不但是泵運行經(jīng)濟性的重要技術(shù)指標(biāo),對泵效率劣化趨勢的連續(xù)分析也是實現(xiàn)汽前泵故障早期診斷的重要技術(shù)手段。設(shè)計了一種利用火電廠廠級監(jiān)控信息系統(tǒng)實時數(shù)據(jù),實現(xiàn)汽前泵效率在線計算和劣化分析的燃煤機組汽前泵效率在線分析系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠快速準(zhǔn)確地分析汽前泵的效率劣化趨勢,為汽前泵的狀態(tài)檢修提供準(zhǔn)確的前期預(yù)警和決策依據(jù)。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計過程中充分考慮了泵效率的計算所要求的機組穩(wěn)定工況,同時也充分考慮了傳感器安裝位置不同對泵效率計算的影響,并對其進(jìn)行補償。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計采用B/S架構(gòu),服務(wù)端編程使用Java語言,前端使用Bootstrap開源項目。

Research on on-line efficiency analysis system of booster-pump of coal-fired unit

Abstract: Booster-pump of turbo-feed pump is an important auxiliary equipment of coal-fired power unit. The efficiency of the booster-pump is an important economic index of the pump operation. And also the deterioration analysis of booster pump′s efficiency is an important technical means to realize the early diagnosis pump fault. This paper describes how to design an on-line analysis system of the booster-pump-efficiency, which uses the real-time data of the Supervisory Information System to complete booster pump′s efficiency on-line calculation and the efficiency deterioration analysis. It can quickly and accurately analyze the deterioration trend of the efficiency of booster-pump and provide early warning of the booster-pump fault, which is one of important decision-making basis for the condition based maintenance of the booster-pump. In the process of system design, the stable working condition of the unit required by the calculation of pump efficiency is fully considered, as well as the influence of different installation positions of sensors on the calculation of pump efficiency, and compensation is made for it. The system is designed with B/S framework, Java language is used for server programming, and Bootstrap open source project is used for front-end.

0 引言

    燃煤機組的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)(SIS)是數(shù)字化電廠的重要組成部分,集成了現(xiàn)代的微電子處理、計算機、自動控制等科學(xué)技術(shù)。但是,對于燃煤機組的一些主要輔助設(shè)備而言,自動化、智能化水平相對較低,仍然存在監(jiān)控中心無法對輔助設(shè)備進(jìn)行實時監(jiān)控、輔助設(shè)備運行狀況未能進(jìn)行高效的統(tǒng)一管理及記錄等問題,制約著發(fā)電廠的無人值守、自動化水平的提升,影響著各項先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)管理制度的執(zhí)行[1-8]。因此研發(fā)燃煤機組主要輔助設(shè)備的在線分析系統(tǒng)具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。

    汽前泵是大型燃煤機組重要輔助設(shè)備,一般每臺機組配置2臺汽前泵。單臺汽前泵故障停運時,會導(dǎo)致機組降出力運行,汽前泵全部停運則會引起發(fā)電機組停運。汽前泵效率是汽前泵設(shè)備劣化的重要指標(biāo)[9-10]。泵出口密封環(huán)破損、葉片汽蝕等設(shè)備故障的早期會體現(xiàn)在泵效率的劣化。因此,定期進(jìn)行泵效率實驗并對試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,是火力發(fā)電企業(yè)汽前泵設(shè)備管理的重要工作。目前,汽前泵效率現(xiàn)場試驗較為復(fù)雜,需試驗人員現(xiàn)場布置試驗測點和數(shù)據(jù)采集裝置,并需機組調(diào)整運行方式,在泵效率曲線各特征點錄取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析計算。隨著火電廠廠級監(jiān)控信息系統(tǒng)(SIS)的推廣和普及,汽前泵效率的在線實時計算具備了條件。本文設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一種利用火電廠廠級監(jiān)控信息系統(tǒng)的實時數(shù)據(jù)完成汽前泵效率在線計算和劣化趨勢的泵效率在線分析系統(tǒng),為火力發(fā)電機組主要輔助設(shè)備在線性能試驗做有益的探索和實踐。
