基于大數(shù)據(jù)的5G規(guī)劃方法研究

摘要: 2020年是移動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商5G規(guī)模部署和商用之年,而隨著運(yùn)營(yíng)商各大系統(tǒng)朝平臺(tái)化、自動(dòng)化方向發(fā)展,以云計(jì)算為載體、大數(shù)據(jù)為手段,借助系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行5G規(guī)劃建設(shè)將有效助力國(guó)家5G戰(zhàn)略快速落地。首先分析基于大數(shù)據(jù)及平臺(tái)化的5G站址規(guī)劃總體方案,再對(duì)方案中涉及的NR(New Radio)覆蓋預(yù)測(cè)及能力算法進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,最后研究基于5G仿真接口調(diào)用的站址規(guī)劃方案。

Abstract: 2020 is the year of 5G scale deployment and commercial operation for mobile operators. With the development of major systems of operators towards platform and automation, 5G planning and construction by system platform with cloud computing as carrier, big data as means will effectively assist the rapid implementation of national 5G strategy. First of all, this paper analyzes the overall scheme of 5G site planning based on big data and platform, then analyzes the NR(New Radio) coverage prediction and ability algorithm involved in the scheme in detail, and finally studies the site planning scheme based on the calling of 5G simulation interface.

0 引言

    2019年6月,工信部已經(jīng)向移動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商發(fā)放5G商用牌照,對(duì)于到來的5G時(shí)代,如何精準(zhǔn)、遞進(jìn)式地構(gòu)建全新的5G網(wǎng)絡(luò),將成為運(yùn)營(yíng)商接下來一段時(shí)期首要面臨的問題。與此同時(shí),隨著大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在電信行業(yè)的快速應(yīng)用,包括基站、站址資源、性能、MR(Measure Report)等在內(nèi)4G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)大數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于相關(guān)系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)。目前4G大數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)劃平臺(tái)規(guī)劃算法以擴(kuò)容和補(bǔ)點(diǎn)為主,而5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃屬于白網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,并無相應(yīng)的5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)、規(guī)劃方法和參數(shù)建模,無法滿足5G新建網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃需求。

    本文為解決上述問題,首先從5G的業(yè)務(wù)需求出發(fā)、研究基于大數(shù)據(jù)及平臺(tái)化的5G站址規(guī)劃總體方案,再結(jié)合4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)、5G路測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)、NR系統(tǒng)傳播模型及鏈路預(yù)算進(jìn)行5G覆蓋預(yù)測(cè)及能力算法研究;接著通過分析5G規(guī)劃仿真工具,并從方法、流程、接口參數(shù)幾個(gè)方面研究提出5G站址規(guī)劃平臺(tái)與移動(dòng)網(wǎng)仿真工具的調(diào)用及接口方案,進(jìn)而提升5G規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)的平臺(tái)化、自動(dòng)化水平,敏捷高效地實(shí)現(xiàn)NR精準(zhǔn)規(guī)劃及建設(shè)部署。
