  摘 要: 提出了一種適用于X射線衍射儀的高頻高壓電源的設(shè)計方法。該電源系統(tǒng)采用高頻技術(shù),克服了傳統(tǒng)工頻電源設(shè)備笨重、體積大、效率低等缺陷;采用脈寬調(diào)制技術(shù)(PWM)對系統(tǒng)進行控制和保護,使信號穩(wěn)定;采用功率因數(shù)校正" title="功率因數(shù)校正"   X射線衍射儀是我國23種大型精密儀器之一,它為我國的化工、冶金、鋼鐵、地質(zhì)、材料等學科的發(fā)展起到了重要的作用。高壓電源是X射線衍射儀的重要組成部分之一,直接影響著儀器的性能。X射線衍射儀高壓電源分為工頻高壓電源和高頻高壓電源兩種形式。工頻高壓電源采用工頻技術(shù),由于其體積大、設(shè)備笨重且不穩(wěn)定等因素已基本趨于淘汰[1]
  近幾年來,由于電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,高頻高壓電源在X射線衍射儀中得到了越來越廣泛的應用。在國外,X射線衍射儀幾乎都使用了高頻高壓電源。而且,最大功率可以做到18kW。在國內(nèi),X射線衍射儀仍然使用工頻電源,沒有研制出高頻高壓電源。因此,X射線衍射儀3kW高頻高壓電源的研制填補了國內(nèi)空白,具有很強的實用價值。該大功率高頻高壓電源可以廣泛地應用在各種衍射儀中,具有良好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益,同時在技術(shù)上縮短了與國際上的差距,對提高我國儀器技術(shù)水平具有深遠意義。
1 高頻高壓電源的工作原理
  本電源電路主要分為主電路、高壓發(fā)生電路和控制保護電路三個部分?;窘Y(jié)構(gòu)如圖1所示。220V/50Hz的交流輸入電源經(jīng)濾波、整流得到直流電源。由于剛上電時濾波電容使電源短路,因此增加一個延時保護電路,上電時回路經(jīng)過小電阻限流,待濾波電容充電完成后,打開可控硅使電阻短路,從而實現(xiàn)對電路的保護。整流后的輸出須進行功率因數(shù)校正,功率因數(shù)校正電路使電源輸入電流實現(xiàn)正弦化,并保持與輸入電壓同相,使功率因數(shù)接近于1。功率因數(shù)校正電路輸出400V高壓加到高壓驅(qū)動電路上,最后通過高壓發(fā)生器輸出60kV的高壓[2]。高壓發(fā)生電路就是將驅(qū)動電路的信號通過變頻升壓處理,得到所需的高頻高壓電源??刂票Wo電路包括電壓控制保護電路和燈絲電流控制保護電路。電壓控制保護電路從高壓發(fā)生器輸出電路中做電壓采樣,將其反饋信息輸入到控制電路,通過反饋信息來調(diào)節(jié)控制電路輸出的脈沖寬度,從而調(diào)節(jié)輸出電壓,使輸出電壓保持穩(wěn)定,減小紋波。燈絲電流控制保護電路的工作原理也是一樣,從高壓發(fā)生器輸出電路中做電流采樣,將其反饋信息輸入到控制電路,控制使其電流保持穩(wěn)定,從而使燈絲亮度保持穩(wěn)定。另外,在電路中還輸出所需要的+36V、+15V、±12V和+5V輔助電壓。

2 電源主電路的設(shè)計
??? 電源的主電路部分包括:整流濾波電路、延時保護電路和功率因數(shù)校正電路三部分。電源主電路負責將220V的市電經(jīng)整流濾波電路及延時保護電路變成直流,經(jīng)功率因數(shù)校正電路輸出約400V的直流電壓,電源主電路的設(shè)計直接影響著高頻高壓電源的穩(wěn)定性和效率[3]。
2.1 整流濾波電路的設(shè)計
  電網(wǎng)提供的交流電為220V或380V(本設(shè)計中采用220V/50Hz),而各種電子設(shè)備所需要的電壓是幅值不同的直流電壓,因此,首先要對電網(wǎng)電壓進行整流濾波處理。
  本設(shè)計中應用的整流電路為橋式整流電路,濾波電路采用電容濾波。整流電路由4只整流二極管D1~D4組成,接成電橋形式。

  橋式整流電路的優(yōu)點是輸出電壓高,紋波電壓較小,管子所承受的最大反向電壓較低,同時因電源變壓器在正、負半周內(nèi)都有電流供給負載,電源變壓器得到了充分的利用,效率較高。
  整流后,對電流進行電容濾波,由于用來濾波的電容值有限,對整流輸出的電流只部分濾波,濾波后的電流還有較大的波動性,功率因數(shù)也比較低。具有較大波動性的輸出電流須經(jīng)后面的功率因數(shù)校正電路進行功率因數(shù)校正,使功率因數(shù)接近于1來提高電源的整體效率。
2.2 延時保護電路的設(shè)計
  由于濾波電路中的濾波電容的存在,使開機時造成電源瞬間短路。因此,整流電路中串連一個20?贅電阻,在開機時由電阻向濾波電容充電,充電完成后,由延時電路驅(qū)動使可控硅導通,短路掉20Ω電阻使電源進入正常工作狀態(tài)。電路構(gòu)成如圖2所示。

  保護電路中延時控制由555定時器構(gòu)成,555定時器內(nèi)部包含了兩個比較器和一個基本RS觸發(fā)器,輸出帶有緩沖器,完全滿足開機延時保護控制的要求。定時器的TR(2腳)接地,TH(6腳)由RC充電回路控制。開機瞬間電容C1短路,TH高電平使得輸出OUT(3腳)為低電平,隨著C1的充電使TH電平逐步下降,當降至2/3VCC時(延時約3~5s)內(nèi)部觸發(fā)器翻轉(zhuǎn),使得輸出由低電平變?yōu)楦唠娖?,觸發(fā)可控硅導通,將20Ω限流電阻短路,電源進入正常工作狀態(tài)。延時電路原理圖如圖3所示。

2.3 功率因數(shù)校正電路設(shè)計
??? 功率因數(shù)PF是指交流輸入有功功率P與輸入視在功率S的比值,即:?

式中,I1為輸入基波電流有效值;Irms為輸入電流有效值;U1為輸入電壓有效值;γ為輸入電流失真系數(shù);cosφ為基波電壓和基波電流之間的相移因數(shù)。所以功率因數(shù)可以定義為輸入電流失真系數(shù)(γ)與相移因數(shù)(cosφ)的乘積。
  功率因數(shù)校正方法可分為無源功率因數(shù)校正和有源功率因數(shù)校正。無源功率因數(shù)校正結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,便于實現(xiàn),但校正后的功率因數(shù)不高。有源功率因數(shù)校正是在橋式整流器與輸出電容濾波之間加入一個功率變換器,以將輸入電流校正成為與輸入電壓同相位且不失真的正弦波,從而使功率因數(shù)接近1。
  本設(shè)計應用了有源校正(APFC)技術(shù),有源功率因數(shù)校正適用于中大功率電源(1 000W~3 000W)且適應寬輸入電壓(90V~270V),磁性元件小,省略了龐大的原輸入級濾波器。在電源輸入級插進了功率因數(shù)校正網(wǎng)絡(luò),通過適當?shù)目刂齐娐凡粩嗾{(diào)節(jié)輸入電流波形,使其逼近正弦波,并與輸入的電網(wǎng)電壓保持同相。
  高功率因數(shù)校正電路設(shè)計的基本工作原理方框圖見圖4。由儲能電感L、高頻大功率開關(guān)三極管S、單向二極管D和濾波電容C共同組成Boost(即升壓式)變換器電路。其中開關(guān)管S受恒定高頻(40kHz或50kHz)脈寬調(diào)制(PWM)開關(guān)信號的控制。


  從圖4可以看出,輸入電壓經(jīng)R1、R2分壓器采樣和檢測后加到乘法器輸入端;輸入電流經(jīng)檢測后也加到乘法器輸入端;另外輸出電壓VB經(jīng)R3、R4分壓取樣和檢測后,又與參考電壓比較,輸出誤差信號也加到乘法器。乘法器是功率因數(shù)控制器的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。在較大動態(tài)范圍內(nèi),乘法器的傳輸曲線呈線性。當正弦波交流輸入電壓從零升至峰值電壓時,乘法器輸出電壓控制電流取樣比較器的門限電平,而比較器又受高頻三角波(40kHz或50kHz)信號調(diào)制,從而產(chǎn)生受控脈寬調(diào)制PWM信號脈沖加到MOSFET柵極。這樣就能快速調(diào)節(jié)控制MOSFET主開關(guān)S的導通時間,使它及時跟隨電網(wǎng)輸入電壓的變化,從而讓PFC前置變換器的負載對于交流電網(wǎng)呈現(xiàn)電阻性。經(jīng)各路反饋信號的控制,最終使流過電感L中感性電流的峰值包絡(luò)線總是緊跟單向正弦波形的交流輸入電壓波而變化,于是在電氣設(shè)備電源的輸入端就可以得到一個與輸入電壓幾乎完全同頻同相的平滑正弦波電流,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的高功率因數(shù)值(達0.99)。
  美國TI公司生產(chǎn)的APFC專用集成電路UC3854是一種工作于平均電流的升壓型(boost)APFC電路。它的峰值開關(guān)電流近似等于輸入電流,是目前使用最廣泛的APFC電路。UC3854為電源提供有源功率因數(shù)校正,它還按正弦的電網(wǎng)電壓來牽制非正弦的電流變化。該器件能最佳地利用供電電流失真減到最小,執(zhí)行所有的控制功能。UC3854包括一個電壓放大器、一個模擬乘法器/驅(qū)動器、一個電流放大器和一個恒頻脈寬調(diào)制器(PWM)。UC3854還包括一個功率MOSFET兼容的柵極驅(qū)動器、7.5V參考電壓、電網(wǎng)預置器、負載變化比較器、低電源檢測器和過流比較器。
  本設(shè)計中采用了UC3854芯片。經(jīng)測試功率因數(shù)值PF≥0.99,低頻諧波失真THD≤10%,電源效率高達90%以上,輸出電壓VB穩(wěn)定(升至400V左右)。
3 控制保護電路的設(shè)計
  控制保護電路是電源中不可缺少的電路,它使電源輸出更加穩(wěn)定,而且在異常情況下,使電源電路免受損壞,增強了電路的自我保護能力。控制保護電路設(shè)計的好壞是決定電源工作性能優(yōu)良與否的重要因素。
  本設(shè)計的控制與保護電路示意圖如圖5所示。控制保護電路主要通過TL494來控制電路的脈沖寬度,實現(xiàn)過壓保護、過流保護和水流保護,最終輸出高頻脈沖。


  高頻高壓變壓器開關(guān)電源的最常用控制方式是脈沖寬度調(diào)制方式,簡稱脈寬調(diào)制PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)式。PWM集成控制器通常分為電壓型控制器和電流型控制器兩種。電壓型控制器只有電壓反饋控制,可滿足穩(wěn)定輸出電壓的要求,電流型控制器增加了電流反饋控制,除了穩(wěn)定輸出電壓外,還有以下優(yōu)點:
  (1)開關(guān)管的電流達到給定值時,開關(guān)管自動關(guān)斷;
  (2)除工頻輸入電壓經(jīng)整流后的紋波電壓,在開關(guān)電源輸出端300Hz以下的紋波電壓很低,因此可減小輸出濾波電容的容量;
  (3)關(guān)電源并聯(lián)工作時,PWM開關(guān)控制器具有內(nèi)在的均流能力;
  (4)快速負載動態(tài)響應。
4 高壓發(fā)生器電路的設(shè)計
  電力電子器件的驅(qū)動電路是電力電子主電路與控制電路之間的接口,是電力電子裝置的重要環(huán)節(jié),對整個裝置的性能有很大的影響。采用性能優(yōu)良的驅(qū)動電路,可使電力電子器件工作在較理想的開關(guān)狀態(tài),縮短開關(guān)時間,減少開關(guān)損耗,對裝置的運行效率、可靠性和安全性都有重要的意義。另外,對電力電子器件或整個裝置的一些保護措施通常就近設(shè)在驅(qū)動電路中,或者通過驅(qū)動電路來實現(xiàn)[4]。
  驅(qū)動電路的基本任務就是將信息電子電路傳來的信號按照其控制目標的要求,轉(zhuǎn)換為加在電力電子器件控制端和公共端之間、可以使其開通或關(guān)斷的信號。對半控型器件只需提供開通控制信號,對全控型器件則既要提供開通控制信號,又要提供關(guān)斷控制信號,以保證器件按要求導通或關(guān)斷。驅(qū)動電路還要提供控制電路與主電路之間的電氣隔離環(huán)節(jié)。一般采用光隔離或磁隔離,光隔離一般采用光耦合器。本設(shè)計的驅(qū)動電路結(jié)構(gòu)如圖6所示。

  按照驅(qū)動電路加在電力電子器件控制端和公共端之間信號的性質(zhì),可以將電力電子器件分為電流驅(qū)動型和電壓驅(qū)動型兩類。晶閘管雖然屬于電流驅(qū)動型器件,但它還是半控型器件,晶閘管的驅(qū)動電路常稱為觸發(fā)電路。GTO和GTR屬于電流驅(qū)動型器件,電力MOSFET和IGBT是電壓驅(qū)動型器件。
  一般的高壓電源均采用變壓器升壓,變壓器升壓容易使電源設(shè)備體積變大。為了使設(shè)備小型化,本設(shè)計在升壓變壓器輸出后采用了倍壓電路二次升壓,如圖7所示。這樣,可以盡量減小變壓器的體積,提高效率。倍壓整流不僅可以將交流電轉(zhuǎn)換成直流電(整流),而且不需要再增加濾波電容[5]。它能夠在一定的電壓之下,得到高出若干倍的直流電壓(倍壓)。只要倍壓電路中使用電容的總體積不是很大,就可以減小整個電源設(shè)備的體積。

5 測試結(jié)果
  (1)指標測試
  將高壓電源安裝在日本理學D/MAX-RA型X射線衍射儀上,抽真空至10-4Pa,打開高壓電源,電壓調(diào)到40kV,電流調(diào)到70mA,穩(wěn)定1h,每隔30min測量1次輸出電壓和電流,測量8h。高壓電源穩(wěn)定性如表1所示。


  (2)實測樣品
  選擇準樣品SiO2,測量條件:電壓40kV,電流100mA,測試譜圖如圖8所示。實際測量表明,3kW高頻高壓電源的研制符合X射線衍射儀規(guī)范要求,電源指標遠遠超過工頻高壓電源,研制是成功的。


  本課題是科技部“X射線衍射儀高壓部件升級改造”項目的子項目。通過對X射線衍射儀工作原理和運行注意事項的研究,確定了本課題——X射線衍射儀高頻高壓電源的工作參數(shù),設(shè)計出一種適用于X射線衍射儀的高頻高壓電源,以替代傳統(tǒng)的工頻高壓電源,為X射線衍射儀提供一種重量更輕、體積更小、效率更高、安全性更好的高頻高壓電源。經(jīng)過近幾年的研究和反復實驗,完成了電源的總體設(shè)計,通過實驗調(diào)試,電源已正常工作,填補了X射線衍射儀的高頻電源的國內(nèi)空白。
