摘要: 針對(duì)海洋地震勘探綜合導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)高精度觸發(fā)控制、時(shí)序控制和實(shí)時(shí)性的要求,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于CPCI總線架構(gòu)的導(dǎo)航作業(yè)控制系統(tǒng),內(nèi)置GNSS接收機(jī),由GPS時(shí)間、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)可編程陣列FPGA與嵌入式軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度時(shí)鐘守護(hù);星型差分線路實(shí)現(xiàn)高速串行傳輸通信,單箱體最多支持24個(gè)串口數(shù)據(jù)接入;高精度觸發(fā)模塊和時(shí)刻匹配規(guī)則實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)外部設(shè)備實(shí)時(shí)精準(zhǔn)控制。重點(diǎn)介紹了系統(tǒng)接口、硬件模塊結(jié)構(gòu)、嵌入式軟件及實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。系統(tǒng)測(cè)試表明:該系統(tǒng)滿足海洋地震勘探高精度授時(shí)和作業(yè)時(shí)序控制需要,整體基于模塊化設(shè)計(jì),具有良好擴(kuò)展和封裝性,對(duì)其他工控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)具有借鑒意義。

Abstract: Aiming at the requirements of high-precision trigger control, timing control, and real-time performance in marine seismic exploration integrated navigation systems, a navigation operation control system based on the CPCI bus architecture has been designed. This system incorporates a built-in GNSS receiver and achieves high-precision clock maintenance through GPS time, FPGA and embedded software. The system utilizes a star topology differential line for high-speed serial transmission interface communication, supporting up to 24 serial port data connections. The high-precision trigger module and time-stamp matching rules enable real-time and precise control of external equipment. This paper focuses on the interface, module structure, embedded software, and experimental results. System test shows that the platform fulfills the requirements for high-precision timing and operation process sequence control in marine seismic exploration. The system is modularly designed, offering excellent scalability and modular encapsulation, and serves as a valuable reference for the development of other industrial control system.

引言

隨著“兩寬一高”(寬頻帶、寬方位、高精度)采集技術(shù)逐步成為海洋油氣勘探主要趨勢(shì),多船、混采、連續(xù)采集等先進(jìn)高效的施工方式,對(duì)導(dǎo)航裝備的授時(shí)、定位和觸發(fā)精度提出了更高要求[1-3]。綜合導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)具有定位解算、控制地震勘探時(shí)序流程的重要作用,而導(dǎo)航控制平臺(tái)作為其硬件部分,連接各類傳感器、實(shí)時(shí)導(dǎo)航軟件和其他船載系統(tǒng),是勘探船的核心接口單元。

本文提出一種適用于海上地震勘探的導(dǎo)航控制系統(tǒng),內(nèi)置GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)接收機(jī),聯(lián)合接收北斗、GPS衛(wèi)星授時(shí)信號(hào),正常馴服后時(shí)間同步精度小于30 ns,并由FPGA對(duì)GNSS接收機(jī)輸出的NMEA-0183(National Marine Electronics Association 0183)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)和秒脈沖進(jìn)行規(guī)則檢查,在局域網(wǎng)內(nèi)提供微秒級(jí)時(shí)間服務(wù)和內(nèi)部時(shí)間戳標(biāo)記。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)基于CPCI(Compact Peripheral Component Interconnect)總線,為數(shù)據(jù)收發(fā)提供性能優(yōu)良的背板星形拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)[4],實(shí)現(xiàn)各類數(shù)據(jù)與命令在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的高速傳輸,高精度觸發(fā)模塊和時(shí)刻匹配方法實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)外部設(shè)備實(shí)時(shí)精準(zhǔn)控制,有效保證了海洋地震勘探作業(yè)各系統(tǒng)間協(xié)同工作的穩(wěn)定時(shí)序。
