風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)MPPT特性測控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 在中小型永磁同步風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)中,橋式整流+DC/DC變換器拓?fù)渚哂薪Y(jié)構(gòu)簡單的優(yōu)點(diǎn),其中DC/DC電路有Boost和Buck兩種拓?fù)洌骄績烧叩淖畲蠊β庶c(diǎn)跟蹤(Maximum Power Point Tracking,MPPT)控制性能區(qū)別是對其優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵,測控系統(tǒng)是性能分析的重要手段。通過系統(tǒng)總體方案設(shè)計(jì),確認(rèn)了系統(tǒng)參數(shù)及指標(biāo);分析了四橋臂DC/DC拓?fù)?,并基于高端電流采樣和隔離采樣技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)電壓、電流、功率和頻率的采集,設(shè)計(jì)了功率驅(qū)動及單片機(jī)控制電路;探討了適合單片機(jī)的MPPT爬坡搜索法軟件;給出了基于LabVIEW的上位機(jī)操控系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn);搭建了測控系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行了MPPT和兩種拓?fù)錅y控結(jié)果對比實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明測控系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。

Design of MPPT characteristic measurement and control system for wind power generation system

Abstract: In small and medium-sized permanent magnet synchronous wind turbines, the bridge rectifier + DC / DC converter topology has the advantages of simple structure. The DC / DC circuit has Boost and Buck topologies. Exploring the difference between the maximum power point tracking ( MPPT ) control performance of the two is the key to its optimal design. The measurement and control system is an important means of performance analysis. Through the overall scheme design of the system, the system parameters and indexes are confirmed. The four-leg DC / DC topology is analyzed, and the acquisition of system voltage, current, power and frequency is realized based on high-end current sampling and isolated sampling technology. The power drive and single chip microcomputer control circuit are designed. The software of MPPT climbing search method suitable for single chip microcomputer is discussed. The software design and implementation of the upper computer control system based on LabVIEW is given. The measurement and control system is built, and the MPPT and two topology measurement and control results are compared. The experimental results show that the measurement and control system has achieved the design goal.

引言

時代背景下,國家正在推動對可再生能源的研究[1]。風(fēng)能作為可再生能源,具有成本低、分布廣等特點(diǎn),已經(jīng)成為人類生活與發(fā)展離不開的重要資源之一[2]。因?yàn)轱L(fēng)力發(fā)電可以有效地利用風(fēng)能產(chǎn)生電力,所以風(fēng)力發(fā)電的研究越來越受人們的關(guān)注[3]。在中小型永磁同步風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)中常用的橋式整流+DC/DC電路結(jié)構(gòu)所組成的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)系統(tǒng)[4-5]中,利用Boost電路[6-9]和Buck電路[10-13]控制風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)進(jìn)行最大功率點(diǎn)跟蹤(Maximum Power Point Tracking,MPPT)控制是常用的控制方法。

由文獻(xiàn)可知,Boost與Buck有不同的應(yīng)用場景,但目前對于兩種拓?fù)淇刂葡碌墓ぷ魈匦苑治龊蛯Ρ容^少。針對分別在兩種拓?fù)淇刂葡碌?a class="innerlink" href="http://ihrv.cn/tags/風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)" target="_blank">風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)MPPT特性分析與限制條件的研究,設(shè)計(jì)了一套風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)MPPT特性測控系統(tǒng),用于對特性進(jìn)行分析、對比與研究,并通過理論分析,確定了測控系統(tǒng)的測控參數(shù)與指標(biāo)。硬件部分,搭建橋式整流+ DC/DC電路、檢測電路和控制電路。軟件部分利用STC32G[14]單片機(jī)NI的LabVIEW開發(fā)平臺[15-16]完成。整個測控系統(tǒng)可以完成對橋式整流+DC/DC電路拓?fù)渌M成的風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行驅(qū)動控制和數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理。
