摘要: 我國(guó)持續(xù)推動(dòng)科技自立自強(qiáng)、技術(shù)自主創(chuàng)新。在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域,自主安全將成為未來一段時(shí)間的主旋律。在此背景下,提出了一種雙控制系統(tǒng)切換的工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)核心控制器自主創(chuàng)新能力建設(shè)方案。系統(tǒng)選用了主流進(jìn)口PLC產(chǎn)品和全國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC產(chǎn)品,設(shè)計(jì)搭建了一套并行可切換的雙控制系統(tǒng),對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各類終端設(shè)備進(jìn)行信號(hào)采集與切換控制。通過對(duì)比兩套PLC控制系統(tǒng)的功能、性能,驗(yàn)證該方案能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC可達(dá)到進(jìn)口PLC同等技術(shù)水平、實(shí)現(xiàn)同等功能,且系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、可靠。該方案在不破壞現(xiàn)有工控系統(tǒng)場(chǎng)景的情況下,以低成本的方式逐步進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證推廣,為工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)核心控制器國(guó)產(chǎn)化提供技術(shù)支撐。

Abstract: China continues to promote technological self-reliance and independent innovation. In the field of industrial control, discretionary security will become the main theme for a period of time in the future. Under this background, this paper puts forward a scheme of independent innovation capability construction of core controller of industrial control system with dual control system switching. The system selects both mainstream imported PLC products and domestic PLC products, designs and constructs a parallel switchable dual control system for the on-site acquisition of signals from various terminal equipment and switching control. By comparing the functions and performance of the two sets of PLC control systems, it is verified that the scheme can enable the domestic PLC to reach the same technical level as the imported PLC and achieve the same functions, and the system operates stably and reliably. This solution provides technical support for the localization of core controllers in industrial control systems by gradually verifying and promoting it at low cost without disrupting existing industrial control system scenarios.

引言

隨著我國(guó)科技水平的不斷發(fā)展,核心技術(shù)的自主創(chuàng)新具有重要意義,科技自立自強(qiáng)、核心產(chǎn)品自主安全是推動(dòng)國(guó)家高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的安全基石。PLC控制系統(tǒng)是控制業(yè)務(wù)自動(dòng)、高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的核心技術(shù),在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域起著至關(guān)重要的作用。而整個(gè)行業(yè)目前的現(xiàn)狀是絕大部分的PLC產(chǎn)品均為進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品(德國(guó)西門子、法國(guó)施耐德、美國(guó)AB等)[1],部分國(guó)產(chǎn)品牌PLC核心芯片和軟件仍然使用國(guó)外產(chǎn)品。因此,芯片級(jí)自主安全全國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC產(chǎn)品和組態(tài)軟件勢(shì)在必行[2],尤其是在航空航天、國(guó)防軍工等重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域[3],對(duì)核心控制器自主國(guó)產(chǎn)化有著迫切的需求。

工控領(lǐng)域?qū)τ赑LC的穩(wěn)定、可靠性要求較高[4],不敢貿(mào)然直接更換國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC產(chǎn)品。針對(duì)上述問題,本文提出一種國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC產(chǎn)品與進(jìn)口PLC產(chǎn)品雙控制系統(tǒng)的切換控制方案,將輸入信號(hào)經(jīng)切換裝置接線端子、隔離式安全柵一分二傳到兩套PLC的信號(hào)輸入模塊,兩套PLC的輸出信號(hào)采用繼電器觸點(diǎn)方式隔離,通過總控軟件進(jìn)行切換及控制,上位機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)。本方案系統(tǒng)充分利用原有設(shè)備及環(huán)境,通過增加國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC及切換系統(tǒng),以便利、低成本的方式進(jìn)行PLC功能、性能的對(duì)比驗(yàn)證,系統(tǒng)搭建簡(jiǎn)單,便于擴(kuò)展和維護(hù),有助于最終實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)產(chǎn)PLC由點(diǎn)到面的全方位、多角度的技術(shù)融合。以實(shí)驗(yàn)的方式進(jìn)行初步驗(yàn)證,后續(xù)可逐步完善豐富實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容,通過真實(shí)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行論證。
