摘要: 隨著工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,雙線以太網(wǎng)憑借其數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和遠(yuǎn)程供電能力、高效利用空間和節(jié)約成本的特點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用在工業(yè)物聯(lián)和智能制造領(lǐng)域。設(shè)計(jì)了一種雙線以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換網(wǎng)關(guān),將雙線以太網(wǎng)Modbus TCP協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換為MQTT協(xié)議,并將數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送到阿里云物聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)。首先介紹了雙線以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換網(wǎng)關(guān)系統(tǒng)使用的硬件和設(shè)計(jì)的軟件構(gòu)架,再通過(guò)搭建實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境并部署EdgeX Foundry平臺(tái)驗(yàn)證其可行性。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)雙線以太網(wǎng)網(wǎng)關(guān)的硬件能夠進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,雙線以太網(wǎng)網(wǎng)口在不同的帶寬和長(zhǎng)度的條件下能達(dá)到理論的傳輸速率,雙線以太網(wǎng)網(wǎng)關(guān)的軟件能正常接收Modbus TCP數(shù)據(jù)并實(shí)現(xiàn)MQTT通信。 關(guān)鍵詞:雙線以太網(wǎng);網(wǎng)關(guān);協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換

Development of Modbus TCP-MQTT protocol transfer gateway based on single pair Ethernet

Abstract: With the development of the industrial Internet, single pair Ethernet is widely used in the field of industrial IoT and intelligent manufacturing with its data transmission and remote power supply capabilities, efficient use of space and cost savings. The single pair Ethernet protocol conversion gateway designed in this paper converts the single pair Ethernet Modbus TCP protocol to MQTT protocol, and sends the data to Ali Cloud Internet of Things platform. This paper first introduces the hardware and software architecture of the single pair Ethernet protocol conversion gateway system, and then verifies its feasibility by setting up the experimental environment and deploying the EdgeX Foundry platform. The test results show that the hardware of the single pair Ethernet gateway designed in this paper can carry out data transmission, the single pair Ethernet network port can reach the theoretical transmission rate under different bandwidth and length conditions, and the software of the single pair Ethernet gateway can receive Modbus TCP data normally and realize MQTT communication.

0 引言

工業(yè)4.0的提出和工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,加速推進(jìn)了智能制造行業(yè)和傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)等主流行業(yè)的發(fā)展[1],工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)自IEEE802.3以太網(wǎng)電纜規(guī)范發(fā)布以來(lái),市場(chǎng)上存在多種工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議,如Modbus/TCP、Ethernet/IP、PROFINET等[2-3]。雙線以太網(wǎng)相比于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以太網(wǎng)不僅可以滿(mǎn)足在數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率的要求,而且在布線成本和空間容量上有著巨大優(yōu)勢(shì)。在某種意義上可以將雙線以太網(wǎng)當(dāng)作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以太網(wǎng)的補(bǔ)充和完善,可以根據(jù)不同的場(chǎng)景使用或結(jié)合不同以太網(wǎng)技術(shù),兩者相輔相成[4]。

雙線以太網(wǎng)目前主要應(yīng)用在汽車(chē)工業(yè)領(lǐng)域[5],從2022年開(kāi)始雙線以太網(wǎng)將逐漸應(yīng)用在流程工業(yè),2025年將應(yīng)用在鐵道行業(yè)、智能機(jī)器人、工業(yè)自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域,并于2028年應(yīng)用在樓宇自動(dòng)化中。由此來(lái)看,雙線以太網(wǎng)的發(fā)展能在特定的方面替代傳統(tǒng)的以太網(wǎng)技術(shù),還有更多的價(jià)值能夠被挖掘。隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展,工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)中需要使用長(zhǎng)距離數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)耐ㄐ艆f(xié)議規(guī)范,因此行業(yè)內(nèi)推出一種專(zhuān)門(mén)為工業(yè)通信的通信協(xié)議規(guī)范,遵循IEEE802.3cg 10BASE-T1L通信標(biāo)準(zhǔn),極限通信距離為 1 000 m,且通信帶寬為10 Mb/s[5]。
