寬帶高功率諧波雷達發(fā)射機的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

摘要: 近年來雷達探測技術(shù)在各個領(lǐng)域發(fā)展取得了飛躍發(fā)展,廣泛應(yīng)用于軍事、民用等方面,諧波雷達由于其非接觸性、穿透性和便攜性等優(yōu)點而引發(fā)人們關(guān)注。為了提高發(fā)射機的探測距離分辨率和抗電磁干擾能力,提出了一種寬帶高功率諧波雷達發(fā)射機的設(shè)計方案,對發(fā)射前端的功放、天線等關(guān)鍵器件給出了具體的設(shè)計過程。通過對諧波雷達發(fā)射前端系統(tǒng)的仿真與分析,實物制作與測試,驗證了方案的可行性。

Design and implementation of broadband high power harmonic radar transmitter

Abstract: In recent years, radar detection technology has made rapid development in various fields, and is widely used in military, civil and other aspects. Harmonic radar has attracted people's attention due to its advantages of non-contact, penetrability and portability. In order to improve the detection range resolution and anti-electromagnetic interference ability of the transmitter, a design scheme of a broadband high-power harmonic radar transmitter is proposed, and the specific design process of the power amplifier, antenna and other key devices in the transmitter front-end is given. Through the simulation and analysis of the harmonic radar transmitting front-end system, the physical production and testing, the feasibility of the scheme is verified.

0 引言
諧波雷達通過發(fā)射基波信號,接收來自非線性目標的二次或者三次諧波信號來識別和搜索目標,可用于遠程溫度感應(yīng),追蹤昆蟲和小型兩棲動物,用作檢測或者監(jiān)視設(shè)備以及人體生命體征的監(jiān)測,非線性雷達因其非接觸、應(yīng)用范圍廣、便于檢測而具有廣泛的應(yīng)用場景[1-2]。
非線性雷達的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)最早可追溯到上世紀80年代,但是早期的微波器件體積較大,成本價格昂貴,難以推廣到更多的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。近年來隨著醫(yī)學、電子、芯片集成技術(shù)的發(fā)展,許多研究組織也越來越關(guān)注雷達生命探測技術(shù)[3]的發(fā)展。傳統(tǒng)的諧波雷達多采用單頻連續(xù)波信號或者輸出功率較低,帶寬較窄的調(diào)頻連續(xù)波。本文將介紹一種用于探測生命體信息的寬帶高功率諧波雷達發(fā)射機前端,具有輸出功率高、發(fā)射帶寬大、可靠性高、編程可控制頻率等優(yōu)點[4]。
