摘要: 在DCS系統(tǒng)中,歷史站承擔(dān)著歷史數(shù)據(jù)的收集、存儲(chǔ)以及查詢功能,而實(shí)時(shí)和歷史數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)則是組態(tài)軟件的核心技術(shù)。設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于雙歷史站的實(shí)時(shí)和歷史數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,分別介紹了系統(tǒng)體系設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)采集、實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、歷史數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)同步策略、歷史數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)對(duì)外接口等。該系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)性高、存儲(chǔ)空間節(jié)約、查詢速度快,已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于多個(gè)領(lǐng)域的工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)。

Abstract: The history station undertake a task of collecting,storing and querying in the DCS(distributed control system),moreover the real time database and history database are key technology in the configuration software. In this paper, a design way of the real time database and the history database based on the double history station is studied. It introduces the general structure of the distributed control system, the data acquisition,the memory structure design of the real time database, the design of the history database, the synchronization policy, and the extern interface of the database. The database system has been widely applied to the multiple fields of the industrial control, which has the characteristics of high real-time performance, less storage space and fast query.

0 引言

在控制系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行過(guò)程中,面臨著大量的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)的采集和存儲(chǔ)問(wèn)題,一般情況下要求存儲(chǔ)5年以上的歷史數(shù)據(jù)。因此,歷史站DCS系統(tǒng)的必要配置,考慮到歷史數(shù)據(jù)的冗余存儲(chǔ),一般情況下,DCS廠家都配置兩臺(tái)歷史站,但這兩臺(tái)歷史站各自采集歷史數(shù)據(jù),缺乏雙機(jī)備份策略,造成兩臺(tái)歷史站各自為戰(zhàn),有時(shí)候會(huì)造成兩臺(tái)歷史站的數(shù)據(jù)不一致。因此,實(shí)時(shí)和歷史數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)作為DCS組態(tài)軟件的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),很有必要對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究和設(shè)計(jì)。

通常的歷史數(shù)據(jù)一般存儲(chǔ)于關(guān)系型的商用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中,如Oracle、SQLServer等,但采用商用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存在產(chǎn)品成本高,且數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)采集量受限等局限性。因此,有必要設(shè)計(jì)一種實(shí)時(shí)性好、數(shù)據(jù)吞吐量大、存儲(chǔ)空間節(jié)省的工業(yè)型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。本文從實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的角度出發(fā),設(shè)計(jì)出一種基于雙歷史站的實(shí)時(shí)和歷史數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),它的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)通過(guò)內(nèi)存存儲(chǔ)的方式來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),采用內(nèi)存設(shè)計(jì)具有讀寫(xiě)、查詢速度快的優(yōu)勢(shì),同時(shí)它也相當(dāng)于一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)處理中心,起到公用數(shù)據(jù)交換區(qū)的作用,并維護(hù)大量共享數(shù)據(jù)的完整性和一致性,并且它也是歷史數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源。
