基于全自主區(qū)塊鏈的危固廢智慧監(jiān)管平臺(tái)

摘要： “工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+區(qū)塊鏈”智慧環(huán)保平臺(tái)趨于成熟，在“工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+大數(shù)據(jù)”的工業(yè)環(huán)境下，工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)面臨著很多數(shù)據(jù)安全問題，借助區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的“不可偽造”“全程留痕”“可以追溯”“公開透明”“集體維護(hù)”等特征為工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)保駕護(hù)航。重點(diǎn)介紹危固廢智慧監(jiān)管平臺(tái)利用區(qū)塊鏈、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、GIS、人工智能等先進(jìn)技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上各單位共享數(shù)據(jù)、協(xié)同管理，打破“信息孤島”，提供便捷高效的可監(jiān)控、可預(yù)警、可追溯、可共享服務(wù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)“存證不可篡改、路線全程追蹤、明確企業(yè)范圍、異常數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測”，推動(dòng)數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)化。

Intelligent monitoring platform for hazardous waste and solid waste based on fully autonomous blockchain

Abstract： In the industrial Internet and big data of industrial environment,industrial data faces many security problems, and the aid of blokchain technology which has “fake” “full marks” “can be traced”“open and transparent” “collective maintenance” and other characteristics is the escort of industrial data. This paper focuses on that the intelligent supervision platform for hazardous waste and solid waste uses advanced technologies such as blockchain, Intent of Things, GIS and artificial intelligence to realize data sharing and collaborative management among all units in the industrial chain,break the “information island”, provide convenient and efficient services that can be monitored,early warming,traceability and sharing, realize “in tamperproof storage,wholecourse tacking,clear enterprise scope,abnormal data monitoring”, and promote digital industrialization.

0引言

作為新一代信息技術(shù)，區(qū)塊鏈具有不可篡改、匿名性等特性，在給國家發(fā)展帶來機(jī)遇、給社會(huì)生活帶來便利的同時(shí)，也帶來了一定的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。部分區(qū)塊鏈信息服務(wù)提供者的安全責(zé)任意識(shí)不強(qiáng)，管理措施和技術(shù)保障能力不健全，對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息安全提出新的挑戰(zhàn)。

面向監(jiān)管業(yè)務(wù)場景，利用區(qū)塊鏈去中心化、數(shù)據(jù)難以篡改等特性，構(gòu)建危固廢處理監(jiān)管鏈， 為相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)服務(wù)，各方單位共享數(shù)據(jù)、協(xié)同管理，打破“信息孤島”,形成閉環(huán)式監(jiān)控體系，為各級管理部門打造便捷高效的可監(jiān)控、可追溯、可共享的監(jiān)管平臺(tái)，提供底層支撐。各責(zé)任部門基于區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)對危固廢進(jìn)行全過程監(jiān)管，解決處理環(huán)節(jié)數(shù)據(jù)造假、溯源困難、監(jiān)管難等問題，改進(jìn)處理模式，使管理更加規(guī)范化、智能化、準(zhǔn)確化、簡便化，實(shí)施全流程精準(zhǔn)環(huán)境監(jiān)管執(zhí)法，提升監(jiān)管和應(yīng)急能力，構(gòu)建完善的危廢與固廢管理體系。
