批產(chǎn)衛(wèi)星自動化測試系統(tǒng)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

摘要: 為了解決批量化衛(wèi)星生產(chǎn)數(shù)量多、周期短、人員短缺等問題,提出了一種新型衛(wèi)星自動化測試系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的硬件架構(gòu)由綜合測試服務(wù)器、遙控遙測地檢設(shè)備、自動化測試終端等組成。軟件核心架構(gòu)基于TestStand和LabVIEW聯(lián)合開發(fā),LabVIEW編輯的代碼模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)與遙控遙測地檢設(shè)備、服務(wù)器數(shù)據(jù)庫等創(chuàng)建信息通道的功能;TestStand遵循測試細(xì)則的操作流程開展自動化序列的編輯工作,實(shí)現(xiàn)了遙控指令發(fā)送、遙測數(shù)據(jù)判讀、過程監(jiān)控、測試報告生成、多星并行測試等流程的高度自動化。該架構(gòu)測試序列編輯靈活性高、通用性強(qiáng),可以滿足多種衛(wèi)星自動化測試工況的需求,目前已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用在吉林一號高分03系列衛(wèi)星的批量化生產(chǎn)與測試的流程中,在大幅度提高測試效率的同時,節(jié)省了大量人力。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of large quantity of mass satellite production, short cycle, and shortage of personnel, a new type of satellite automatic test system is proposed. The hardware architecture of the system is composed of a comprehensive test server, remote-control telemetry ground inspection equipment, and an automated test terminal. The software architecture is based on the joint development by TestStand and LabVIEW. The code module edited by LabVIEW realizes the function of creating information channels with remote control and telemetering ground inspection equipment, server databases, etc. Following the operation process of the test instructions, TestStand edits the automated test sequence, realizing the highly automated processes such as remote control instruction sending, telemetry data interpretation, process monitoring, test report generation, and multi-satellite parallel testing. The test sequence of this architecture has high flexibility and strong versatility, and can meet the demands of a variety of satellite automated test conditions. It has been successfully applied in the mass production and testing process of Jilin-1 Gaofen 03 series satellites. While greatly improving the test efficiency, it saves a lot of manpower.

0 引言

    隨著“中國制造2025”和“新基建”戰(zhàn)略的提出,低成本發(fā)射、智能終端、分離技術(shù)、電推進(jìn)等新技術(shù)和應(yīng)用的不斷涌現(xiàn),我國商業(yè)衛(wèi)星發(fā)展迎來了關(guān)鍵期。微小衛(wèi)星在響應(yīng)速度、成本控制、安全性、維護(hù)性、功能重構(gòu)等方面優(yōu)勢明顯,批量生產(chǎn)、快速發(fā)射、在軌組網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為了小衛(wèi)星的發(fā)展趨勢[1-3]

    衛(wèi)星系統(tǒng)級測試覆蓋了衛(wèi)星研制生產(chǎn)的全生命周期,是衛(wèi)星入軌正確開展業(yè)務(wù)工作的前提與保障[4-7]。批量化生產(chǎn)演變?yōu)樾l(wèi)星制造新模式的同時,對衛(wèi)星電測試提出了更高的要求,傳統(tǒng)的人工測試手段已經(jīng)無法滿足新生產(chǎn)模式的需求。研制一套架構(gòu)靈活、通用性好、高效的衛(wèi)星自動化測試系統(tǒng)顯得至關(guān)重要。近些年來,我國小衛(wèi)星批量化生產(chǎn)與制造行業(yè)的興起,不斷地催生出了各類衛(wèi)星自動化測試系統(tǒng)的研制[8-14]??偨Y(jié)該類成果可知,小衛(wèi)星的自動化測試平臺趨于流水線、并發(fā)作業(yè)、高效能的模式,但測試系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計的出發(fā)點(diǎn)大多基于被測對象的生產(chǎn)流程與測試項(xiàng)開展研究與設(shè)計,忽視了自動化測試系統(tǒng)的通用性、靈活性、可靠性以及兼容性。文獻(xiàn)[15]總結(jié)了商業(yè)衛(wèi)星發(fā)展與測試的理念,研發(fā)了商業(yè)衛(wèi)星自動化測試平臺,該平臺著重開展了硬件測試系統(tǒng)的通用化設(shè)計,但作為自動化測試系統(tǒng)核心部分的軟件架構(gòu)基于服務(wù)層開發(fā),靈活性較差,測試序列調(diào)試周期與難度較高。隨著衛(wèi)星數(shù)量的增多,型號種類的多樣化,測試場景的復(fù)雜化,該自動化測試平臺已經(jīng)無法滿足測試需求。
