智能遠(yuǎn)程多生理參數(shù)健康監(jiān)護(hù)儀

摘要: 為了能讓患者在家中長(zhǎng)期地監(jiān)測(cè)自身的各種生理參數(shù),隨時(shí)捕捉突發(fā)性心率失常,同時(shí)能將生理參數(shù)反映給醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu),方便醫(yī)務(wù)人員用于指導(dǎo)和協(xié)助治療,設(shè)計(jì)了一款基于單片機(jī)的智能遠(yuǎn)程多生理參數(shù)健康監(jiān)護(hù)儀。通過血氧、脈搏和體溫等數(shù)字信號(hào)采集模塊采集原始數(shù)據(jù),由單片機(jī)進(jìn)行算法處理,在顯示模塊顯示人體的血氧值、心率值和體溫值等,用戶還可通過按鍵配置生理參數(shù)的閾值報(bào)警、按鍵發(fā)送生理參數(shù)至云端。最后,與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)醫(yī)用監(jiān)護(hù)儀進(jìn)行對(duì)比測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了該設(shè)計(jì)的準(zhǔn)確性與可行性。

Intelligent remote multi physiological parameter health monitor

Abstract: In order to enable patients to monitor their own physiological parameters at home for a long time, capture sudden arrhythmia, and reflect the physiological parameters to medical institutions, which is convenient for medical staff to guide and assist in treatment, an intelligent remote multi physiological parameter health monitor based on single chip microcomputer(SCM) is designed. The original data is collected by the digital signal acquisition module of blood oxygen, pulse and body temperature, and processed by the SCM. The blood oxygen value, heart rate value and body temperature value of human body are displayed in the display module. The user can also configure the threshold alarm of physiological parameters and send the physiological parameters to the cloud by pressing the key. Finally, the design and standard medical monitor are compared and tested, which verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the design.

0 引言
醫(yī)療健康問題覆蓋全年齡階段的人群,上至部分有心腦血管、高血壓等慢性疾病的老年人,中至一些工作家庭壓力較大、有亞健康癥狀的中年人和年輕人,下至剛出生需要時(shí)刻監(jiān)護(hù)的嬰兒,無不需要時(shí)刻地、日常地關(guān)注其健康水平。對(duì)自身各種生理參數(shù)及時(shí)有效的監(jiān)測(cè)可以評(píng)估個(gè)人的健康狀態(tài),以此調(diào)整作息方式、飲食結(jié)構(gòu)或者及時(shí)就醫(yī),避免一些疾病向著更嚴(yán)重的態(tài)勢(shì)發(fā)展。
隨著5G和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來,遠(yuǎn)程式的醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)將成為趨勢(shì),人們只需在家就能根據(jù)自身的健康生理參數(shù)向醫(yī)生咨詢健康問題,醫(yī)護(hù)人員只需通過監(jiān)護(hù)中心的終端服務(wù)器即可查看病人的身體狀況,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)舒適、便攜和友好的醫(yī)療交互的環(huán)境[1-3]。
