摘要: 設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于VR+AR技術(shù)的電纜接頭制作虛擬培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)。首先通過(guò)VR虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)和AR增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)模擬電纜接頭制作場(chǎng)景,并在場(chǎng)景中添加電纜接頭組件和工具箱供制作人員操作和使用;其次通過(guò)深度學(xué)習(xí)方法捕捉和識(shí)別制作人員手部動(dòng)作,并與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)動(dòng)作進(jìn)行對(duì)比來(lái)判別其動(dòng)作規(guī)范性,從而可以對(duì)受訓(xùn)人員進(jìn)行考核,完成反饋互動(dòng)。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)包括理論學(xué)習(xí)、電纜接頭制作模擬、故障檢修、考核評(píng)估四部分。利用VR及AR技術(shù)所創(chuàng)造出的模擬環(huán)境高度還原電力作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),可以使工作人員在不存在任何危險(xiǎn)的狀態(tài)下完成訓(xùn)練,降低了風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高了培訓(xùn)效率,同時(shí)還能提高作業(yè)人員動(dòng)作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度。

Abstract: In this paper, a virtual training system based on VR and AR technology for cable connector fabrication is presented. Firstly, the cable connector fabrication circumstance is reconstructed through virtual reality and augment reality technology, and the cable connector components and primary tools are added into the circumstance for the trainees to use. Secondly, the hand gestures of trainees are caputured and recognized by means of deep learning method and compared with the stardand gestures to check the normalization of these gestures. So the trainees can be assessed during the whole course of training process and obtain a better feedback results. The whole system consists of four parts: theoretical study, cable connector fabrication simulation, troubleshooting and assessment. Because the electric porwe operation scenes are highly reconstructed in the simulation system, it can bring a safe environment without a litttle danger for training person so that the risk is lowered and training efficiency is boosted. Moreover, the system can help to improve the standardization of operation for all the cable connector fabrication people.

0 引言

    近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,電力網(wǎng)的建設(shè)日益增長(zhǎng),各類電力設(shè)備數(shù)量繁多,后期的維護(hù)工作任務(wù)量較大。在各類電力設(shè)備缺陷故障中,電纜接頭故障占據(jù)電纜故障和隱患的80%以上,一旦發(fā)生故障,常常會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重的后果和經(jīng)濟(jì)損失[1]。規(guī)范電纜接頭制作流程可以有效降低其故障發(fā)生率。但是電纜接頭制作流程復(fù)雜,難度高,不易掌握,因此有必要在生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐過(guò)程中加強(qiáng)對(duì)電纜接頭制作技術(shù)的培訓(xùn)工作[2]。

    目前普遍應(yīng)用的電纜接頭制作及檢修賦能主要是實(shí)施技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和規(guī)范員工行為,但這種方式效率較低,組織模式不成體系,師資水平參差不齊[3]。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,利用虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)(Virtual Reality,VR)及增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)(Augmented Reality,AR)技術(shù)[4-5]進(jìn)行環(huán)境模擬、對(duì)電力作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行虛擬還原,是一種新型的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)模式。工作人員可以在零風(fēng)險(xiǎn)情況下完成不同業(yè)務(wù)的模擬操作訓(xùn)練,還可通過(guò)影像記錄參與人員的動(dòng)作,運(yùn)用相關(guān)算法進(jìn)行動(dòng)作分析[6-8]。近年來(lái),國(guó)家電網(wǎng)在輸變電運(yùn)檢工作中引入虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)構(gòu)建新型培訓(xùn)模式[9],做出了有益的嘗試。文獻(xiàn)[10]構(gòu)建了一套基于虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)的變電站仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)具有良好的沉浸感和交互性,可在提高培訓(xùn)效果的基礎(chǔ)上降低培訓(xùn)成本。文獻(xiàn)[11]在傳統(tǒng)的電力培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)過(guò)程中,采用移動(dòng)式頭戴顯示器將多種輔助信息展示給受訓(xùn)人員,提升培訓(xùn)效果。目前這類研究和實(shí)踐仍處于初期發(fā)展階段,仍有很大的提升空間。
