測控設(shè)備狀態(tài)分析輔助決策系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

摘要: 針對一些測控任務(wù)對各類測控數(shù)據(jù)的分析利用程度較低的問題,提出了一種綜合分析測控設(shè)備的工作狀態(tài),并形成相關(guān)輔助決策信息的技術(shù)。并且基于“主框架+組件”的模式,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了相應(yīng)的軟件系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)通過匯集測控設(shè)備上報的各類測量數(shù)據(jù)信息,對測量數(shù)據(jù)的實時性、準確性、穩(wěn)定性、有效性等進行綜合分析,形成輔助決策結(jié)論。目前該系統(tǒng)已成功應(yīng)用于實際工程,對未來測控任務(wù)的執(zhí)行具有一定的借鑒價值。

Design and implementation of an auxiliary decision system for state analysis of measurement and control equipment

Abstract: In some tasks of measure and control, the analysis and utilization of measurement and control data is relatively low. In order to solve these problems, the paper proposes a kind of technology to analyse the state of measurement and control equipment comprehensively and form auxiliary decision information. Based on the mode of “framework+components”, the corresponding software system is designed and implemented. By collecting all kinds of measurement data reported by measurement and control equipment, the system makes comprehensive analysis on the real-time, accuracy, stability and validity of the measurement data to form the auxiliary decision conclusion. At present, the system has been successfully applied in engineering, which can be referenced for the tasks of measurement and control in the future.

0 引言

航天系統(tǒng)是一項龐大而復(fù)雜的工程,包括測發(fā)、測控、通信、氣象、技術(shù)勤務(wù)等分系統(tǒng)[1],其中航天測控系統(tǒng)分為外彈道測量分系統(tǒng)、遙測分系統(tǒng)、遙控分系統(tǒng)、實時數(shù)據(jù)處理分系統(tǒng)、監(jiān)視顯示分系統(tǒng)、安控系統(tǒng)、引導(dǎo)分系統(tǒng)、事后處理分系統(tǒng)等[2],航天測控技術(shù)是指對航天飛行目標(biāo)進行跟蹤測量和控制的綜合技術(shù)[3]。航天測控的誕生已逾半個世紀,在航天工程的牽引和電子信息技術(shù)的推動下獲得了長足的發(fā)展[4]。

我國航天測控網(wǎng)由發(fā)射和測控中心、若干陸地固定和機動測控站及航天測量船組成,測控中心和測控站通過通信網(wǎng)構(gòu)成一個綜合體,以完成測控功能[5-6]。測控設(shè)備作為測控系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,包括彈道測量設(shè)備、遙測設(shè)備、遙控設(shè)備等,彈道測量設(shè)備又包括光學(xué)設(shè)備、無線電外測設(shè)備等[7-8],測控設(shè)備的工作狀態(tài)對測控任務(wù)的成功執(zhí)行具有重要意義。
