一種基于Sepic的新型高增益DC/DC變換器

摘要: 為了解決Boost變換器在極限占空比情況下才能獲得高電壓增益這一缺點(diǎn),在傳統(tǒng)的Sepic變換器基礎(chǔ)上提出一種新型的高增益變換器。該變換器保留了Sepic變換器輸入電流連續(xù)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),通過引入無源鉗位電路,降低了開關(guān)管的電壓應(yīng)力,同時(shí)由于耦合電感的漏感與電容發(fā)生諧振,有效減弱了二極管反向恢復(fù)問題的影響。詳細(xì)分析了變換器在每個(gè)開關(guān)模態(tài)的工作過程,推導(dǎo)出變換器的電壓增益表達(dá)式和開關(guān)器件的電壓應(yīng)力。制作一臺100 W的實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī),通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了理論分析的正確性。

Abstract: In order to solve the shortcoming that Boost converter can obtain high voltage gain under the limit duty cycle, a new type of high-gain converter is proposed on the basis of the traditional Sepic converter. The converter retains the advantages of the continuous input current of the Sepic converter, by introducing a passive clamp circuit, the voltage stress of the switch tube is reduced, at the same time, the leakage inductance and the capacitor in the circuit have a resonance process, effectively reducing the impact of the diode reverse recovery problem. The working process of the converter in each switching mode was analyzed in detail, the voltage gain expression of the converter was deduced, and the voltage stress of the switching device were calculated. A 100 W experimental prototype was made, and the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified through experiments.

0 引言

    近年來,DC/DC變換器廣泛應(yīng)用在多種工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中。例如在可再生能源的直流微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中,太陽能光伏板、燃料電池等微源都需要通過DC/DC變換器與直流母線相連接[1-4]。然而光伏電池和燃料電池這些微源提供的直流電壓較低,要達(dá)到較高的電壓增益,必須要求傳統(tǒng)的Boost變換器工作在極大的占空比下,這樣不僅會(huì)使得開關(guān)損耗增加,而且不利于Boost變換器的長期工作[5-8]。文獻(xiàn)[9-11]在傳統(tǒng)的Boost變換器基礎(chǔ)上引入開關(guān)電容與開關(guān)電感單元,雖然在一定程度上提高了電壓增益,但是所提升的電壓增益有限,并且所用元器件數(shù)量較多,成本高且不利于控制。除了在傳統(tǒng)的Boost變換器基礎(chǔ)上改進(jìn)得到高增益的DC/DC變換器拓?fù)湟酝猓?a class="innerlink" href="http://ihrv.cn/tags/Sepic變換器" target="_blank">Sepic變換器以輸入與輸出同相、輸入電流連續(xù)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)也逐漸應(yīng)用于可再生能源系統(tǒng)中。文獻(xiàn)[12-13]通過將耦合電感與有源開關(guān)電感單元與傳統(tǒng)的Sepic變換器相結(jié)合提高了變換器的電壓增益,但是所用開關(guān)器件與電感數(shù)量較多,不利于變換器體積的小型化且變換器的控制設(shè)計(jì)較困難。本文在文獻(xiàn)[14]的基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種新型的Sepic高增益DC/DC變換器,將無源鉗位電路和耦合電感單元引入傳統(tǒng)的Sepic變換器中,所提出的變換器具有電壓增益高、輸入電流連續(xù)且紋波小、二極管反向恢復(fù)問題輕等優(yōu)點(diǎn),并且只使用一個(gè)開關(guān)管,其結(jié)構(gòu)和控制方法較簡單。
