新型小型化超寬帶功率分配器的設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 利用四分之三波長(zhǎng)折疊微帶線與四分之一波長(zhǎng)微帶線級(jí)聯(lián),并在輸入端口引入四分之一波長(zhǎng)短路線,設(shè)計(jì)出一種新型的超寬帶功率分配器。采用奇偶模的方法進(jìn)行理論分析,導(dǎo)出設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)方程,并通過HFSS進(jìn)行仿真優(yōu)化。仿真和測(cè)量結(jié)果表明, 輸入回波損耗從3 GHz~10.9 GHz均大于10 dB。插入損耗從2.6 GHz~9.5 GHz均小于1 dB,從9.5 GHz~10.8 GHz均小于1.3 dB。輸出端口的回波損耗和隔離度從3 GHz~12.7 GHz均大于10 dB。高頻的帶外抑制在14.2 GHz時(shí)達(dá)到20 dB。

Design of a novel compact ultra-wideband power divider

Abstract: The design of a novel Wilkinson power divider for ultra-wideband(UWB) operation is presented. This structure is formed by a three-quarter-wavelength folded microstrip line segment connected a quarter-wavelength section and a short-circuited stub introduced at the input port. Closed-form design equations are derived based on the even-mode and odd-mode analysis. The measured results show the input return loss is greater than 10 dB from 3 GHz to 10.9 GHz, while the insertion loss is less than 1 dB from 2.6 GHz to 9.5 GHz, less than 1.3 dB from 9.5 GHz to 10.8 GHz, and the out-of-band rejection level is more than 20 dB at 14.2 GHz. The output return loss and the isolation between the port 2 and port 3 are all greater than 10 dB from 3 GHz to 12.7 GHz.

   自從2002年美國(guó)通信委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)超寬帶商用以來,各種超寬帶器件的研究逐漸增加[1-4]。超寬帶功率分配器作為建立超寬帶電路和系統(tǒng)不可或缺的器件,其發(fā)展也非常重要。但關(guān)于超寬帶功率分配器的文獻(xiàn)并不多。參考文獻(xiàn)[5]通過級(jí)聯(lián)多級(jí)威爾金森功率分配器來實(shí)現(xiàn)超寬帶的目的,但結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸太大且需要更多的電阻。參考文獻(xiàn)[6]采用一對(duì)階躍阻抗開路線和一對(duì)平行耦合線設(shè)計(jì)超寬帶功率分配器,具有很好的帶外抑制以及很好的隔離度,但在高頻時(shí)插入損耗較大。參考文獻(xiàn)[7]中提出用多層的槽線實(shí)現(xiàn)超寬帶功率分配器,具有很好的帶通性能,但不易加工制作。參考文獻(xiàn)[8]使用微帶線與槽線形成T-型結(jié)構(gòu),在超寬帶的頻率范圍內(nèi)形成異相信號(hào)的功率分配器。
    本文利用四分之三波長(zhǎng)折疊微帶線與四分之一波長(zhǎng)微帶線級(jí)聯(lián),并在輸入端口引入四分之一波長(zhǎng)短路線,設(shè)計(jì)出一種新型的超寬帶功率分配器。通過在輸入端口引入四分之一波長(zhǎng)短路線,可以有效地增加帶內(nèi)傳輸極點(diǎn)。運(yùn)用奇偶模的分析方法進(jìn)行理論分析,導(dǎo)出相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)公式。然后通過HFSS仿真并進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,加工成實(shí)物進(jìn)行測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示該結(jié)構(gòu)在超寬帶頻帶內(nèi)具有很好的匹配性能和隔離度,且與仿真結(jié)果相符。
1 設(shè)計(jì)原理
    超寬帶功率分配器的結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1所示。由于結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱性,可以采用奇偶模的分析方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行理論分析。




2 仿真及測(cè)試結(jié)果

 


    本文采用的是介電常數(shù)為2.65、厚度為0.8 mm的介質(zhì)。由前面的分析可得到結(jié)構(gòu)初始尺寸,并通過HFSS進(jìn)行仿真優(yōu)化,得到最終的尺寸:W0=2.2 mm,W1=0.7 mm,W2=0.2 mm,W3=1 mm,L1=6.7 mm,L2=5.8 mm,L3=5.7 mm,L4=9.6 mm,L5=3.5 mm,d=3 mm,S=2.2 mm,R1=43 Ω,R2=130 Ω。
