Shenzhen Jiubaba mainly provide whole kit of PCBA services - parts purchasing , SMT and DIP soldering, boards testing and packaging for electronic boards in small volume, such as Reference-Board, Evaluating-Board, Validating-Board, Demo-Board, prototypes of R&D department, pilot-running of electronic products. Our customers are mainly the R&D center, semiconductor suppliers and companies with small volume electronic products. Our objective is to provide high quality and quick response for customers whose boards are usually in small volume of batch quantity.?

公司開設(shè)了一條SMT線, 日產(chǎn)量40萬件，插件線二條, 日插件量可達(dá)1０萬件。生產(chǎn)裝備雅瑪哈YV100x-F+YV88X多功能機(jī)、八溫區(qū)回流焊滿足元件從1005的片狀元件到５４mm的ＱＦＰ及ＢＧＡ，芯片的幫腳間距最小達(dá)３.５mil。?

We have one SMT line with production ability 200K points and 2 DIP lines with production ability of 100K points. Our SMT facilities – AUTO-paste Printer, Yamaha’s YV100x-F+YV88X multi-functional pick and place machine and 8 temperature zones reflow-oven are capable of assembly for SMT part size from 1005 R/C/L to 54mm QFP/BGA with fine pitch of 3.5mil.?
