摘要: 河北省西柏坡第二發(fā)電有限責(zé)任公司隸屬于西柏坡發(fā)電廠,坐落于河北省紅色革命根據(jù)地――平山縣,目前投運(yùn)機(jī)組達(dá)240萬(wàn)千瓦的發(fā)電規(guī)模,為河北南網(wǎng)最大電廠之一。作為“全國(guó)質(zhì)量效益型先進(jìn)企業(yè)”,國(guó)家電力公司“一流火力發(fā)電企業(yè)”和“雙文明單位”一貫重視節(jié)能降耗工作,2005年本廠對(duì)2X300MW機(jī)組的一臺(tái)循環(huán)水泵采用國(guó)內(nèi)某高壓變頻器廠家產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了變頻調(diào)速節(jié)能改造的試用。

title="高壓變頻器">高壓變頻器廠家產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了變頻調(diào)速節(jié)能改造的試用,取得了一定的節(jié)電經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。但由于高壓變頻器電力電子設(shè)備對(duì)工作溫度的限制要求,該設(shè)備對(duì)環(huán)境的灰塵、溫度影響過于敏感,特別在氣溫較高的夏季在設(shè)備運(yùn)行過程中多次出現(xiàn)過溫保護(hù)停機(jī)現(xiàn)象,基本在夏季處于變頻設(shè)備退出運(yùn)行、工頻旁路運(yùn)行的工作狀態(tài)。
  2007年本廠對(duì)三期2×600MW機(jī)組(#5機(jī)、#6機(jī))的凝結(jié)泵進(jìn)行變頻改造,凝泵電機(jī)采用湘潭電機(jī)廠產(chǎn)品,額定功率為2300KW。經(jīng)過對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)高壓變頻器產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)方案比較及實(shí)際現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考察和競(jìng)標(biāo),廣州智光電氣股份有限公司的Zinvert系列智能高壓變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)" title="調(diào)速系統(tǒng)">調(diào)速系統(tǒng)以其相對(duì)較寬的溫度適應(yīng)范圍,較強(qiáng)的環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力,成為此次凝泵高壓變頻調(diào)速節(jié)能改造項(xiàng)目的中標(biāo)設(shè)備,設(shè)備型號(hào)ZINVERT-A8H2800/06Y。
  根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝條件,設(shè)備安裝于機(jī)組零米層的凝結(jié)水泵附近空位,開放空間,系統(tǒng)的散熱采用輔助風(fēng)機(jī)加強(qiáng)對(duì)流的外循環(huán)散熱冷卻。高壓變頻器采用進(jìn)出線電纜上進(jìn)、上出,在雙方工程技術(shù)人員的努力配合下,經(jīng)過一周時(shí)間的安裝和調(diào)試,設(shè)備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)一次性投運(yùn)成功。


2、凝結(jié)水泵高壓變頻的散熱方式
  目前高壓變頻器已經(jīng)成為電廠凝結(jié)水泵的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配套設(shè)備,高壓變頻器在凝結(jié)水泵的應(yīng)用案例已經(jīng)是層出不窮,甚至對(duì)于1000MW機(jī)組凝結(jié)水泵的高壓變頻器已成為新建火電機(jī)組的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置。結(jié)合ZINVERT系列高壓變頻器對(duì)環(huán)境的高魯棒性" title="魯棒性">魯棒性特點(diǎn),相較眾多電廠凝泵高壓變頻器應(yīng)用案例,本廠的高壓變頻器的散熱方式采用了投資和運(yùn)行成本相對(duì)比較低的安裝方式。
  2.1高壓變頻器散熱方式簡(jiǎn)介
  高壓變頻器使用了移相隔離變壓器及大功率高頻開關(guān)元件,其發(fā)熱量較大,一般的系統(tǒng)效率約96~98%,就是說高壓變頻器有2~4%的功率以發(fā)熱形式消耗。這些熱量必須散掉以保證設(shè)備本身的電力電子器件的工作溫度,常見的高壓變頻器本身設(shè)備內(nèi)部的散熱分為風(fēng)冷與水冷,目前電廠應(yīng)用的國(guó)產(chǎn)高壓變頻器一般均采用風(fēng)冷。在一定結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)條件下,空氣溫度、密度(如海拔的影響)、進(jìn)風(fēng)量(風(fēng)速)決定設(shè)備的工作散熱情況;而在以上環(huán)境條件下功率部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)決定系統(tǒng)的允許工作溫度。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)行環(huán)境的溫度影響系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性及功率元件的使用壽命、設(shè)備的工作穩(wěn)定性。ZINVERT系列高壓變頻器的單元設(shè)計(jì)散熱器采用了“寬而短的風(fēng)道”,電力電子器件在散熱器的布局近似“一字排開”、每個(gè)器件均具有相對(duì)獨(dú)立散熱面積與熱交換" title="熱交換">熱交換條件,使得功率單元的額定工況下的溫升均控制在20K左右,從而使設(shè)備對(duì)環(huán)境氣溫的適應(yīng)性提高,提高了系統(tǒng)的魯棒性與運(yùn)行可靠性。
  高壓變頻器內(nèi)部的熱損耗散出后的系統(tǒng)散熱的具體方式多種多樣,但從設(shè)備散熱是否需要制冷設(shè)備、環(huán)境是否密閉分兩種:無(wú)制冷和熱交換設(shè)備的外循環(huán)方式,另外就是加裝空調(diào)或水空熱交換裝置的內(nèi)循環(huán)方式。這兩種散熱方式分別適用于不同的運(yùn)行環(huán)境:
 ?。?)加裝風(fēng)道或排風(fēng)機(jī)外循環(huán)方式,主要針對(duì)于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境相對(duì)清潔,空氣中灰塵較少、污穢和腐蝕氣體含量在設(shè)備工作允許范圍內(nèi),年環(huán)境溫度滿足設(shè)備運(yùn)行溫度要求的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。采用風(fēng)道散熱設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)的散熱方式又可分為風(fēng)道直排方式、房間隔層直排方式、風(fēng)道加排風(fēng)機(jī)方式、隔層加排風(fēng)板方式、導(dǎo)風(fēng)板加排風(fēng)機(jī)等多種方式。這些方式需注意的事項(xiàng):在內(nèi)部熱風(fēng)排出后的新風(fēng)補(bǔ)充須有足夠大的進(jìn)風(fēng)口,防止室內(nèi)形成負(fù)壓,空氣密度降低產(chǎn)生高海拔效應(yīng),人為的降低設(shè)備系統(tǒng)容量。設(shè)備運(yùn)行維護(hù)需注意對(duì)設(shè)備柜體進(jìn)風(fēng)濾網(wǎng)的定時(shí)或根據(jù)環(huán)境條件做好更換和清潔。
 ?。?)增加制冷和換熱器,利用冷卻介質(zhì)與把高壓變頻器設(shè)備" title="變頻器設(shè)備">變頻器設(shè)備風(fēng)冷散熱后加熱空氣進(jìn)行熱量交換,變頻安裝室內(nèi)的空氣并不更換而將熱量帶出變頻室,這類散熱方式包括了空調(diào)制冷散熱方式和水(制冷水或循環(huán)水)空熱交換冷散熱方式。此方式主要針對(duì)設(shè)備安裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的外部環(huán)境灰塵大,或含導(dǎo)電粉塵、較大腐蝕性氣體等工程項(xiàng)目,此散熱方式需注意外部設(shè)計(jì)制冷或熱交換器設(shè)備的冷卻容量、介質(zhì)的密封、設(shè)備安裝室的隔熱和密封等問題。
  因此,因此高壓變頻器對(duì)安裝環(huán)境的溫度、粉塵、濕度等都有較高的要求。
  2.2 凝結(jié)水泵的高壓變頻器散熱方式介紹
  本廠的#5、#6機(jī)組的凝結(jié)水泵改造工程的高壓變頻器安裝在零米層的凝結(jié)水泵旁,環(huán)境溫度較高、環(huán)境濕度較大,但現(xiàn)場(chǎng)粉塵較少。本著設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行與成本控制兼顧的原則,本廠工程技術(shù)人員與設(shè)備協(xié)商并進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研論證后,對(duì)這兩臺(tái)2300kW/6kV凝泵電機(jī)的ZINVERT高壓變頻器采用敞開式安裝、采用外循環(huán)式強(qiáng)迫風(fēng)冷散熱方式。
  設(shè)計(jì)人員依據(jù)系統(tǒng)本身性能條件,采用開放式進(jìn)風(fēng),但設(shè)備安裝有較多的管道、遮擋物,無(wú)法安裝風(fēng)道,且出風(fēng)臨墻,為避免系統(tǒng)吹出的熱風(fēng)再次進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)再循環(huán),系統(tǒng)排風(fēng)口與墻體間有障礙物,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不能安裝風(fēng)道或隔層,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采用導(dǎo)風(fēng)板加排風(fēng)機(jī)方式散熱。導(dǎo)風(fēng)板的角度與系統(tǒng)離墻的距離有關(guān),排風(fēng)機(jī)的安裝高度與系統(tǒng)離墻距離及導(dǎo)風(fēng)板的角度有關(guān),散熱方式示意圖如下圖2:

  本廠#5、#6機(jī)組的凝結(jié)水泵改造工程用ZINVERT高壓變頻器采用以上散熱方式,可節(jié)約大量的改造成本和運(yùn)行成本,與密閉安裝空調(diào)散熱改造方式的對(duì)比如下:
 ?。?)敞開安裝導(dǎo)風(fēng)板冷卻方式不需要蓋房,在不露天的場(chǎng)地制作基礎(chǔ)就可進(jìn)行安裝。因此敞開式安裝導(dǎo)風(fēng)板冷卻方式比密閉安裝空調(diào)冷卻方式,其土建成本低得多。
 ?。?)導(dǎo)風(fēng)板散熱方式僅采用一塊鋼板、一臺(tái)軸流風(fēng)機(jī),較空調(diào)散熱方式的設(shè)備投資小得多。
 ?。?)導(dǎo)風(fēng)板散熱方式外部散熱系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)故障的概率為零(由于高壓變頻器的耐環(huán)境溫度特性浩,實(shí)際證明即使軸流風(fēng)機(jī)故障后高壓變頻器設(shè)備也能夠正常運(yùn)行),而采用密閉變頻小室采用空調(diào)散熱方式的話隨著使用年限的增加,空調(diào)故障造成設(shè)備散熱故障的概率大幅提高(這也是一般采用空調(diào)散熱的話一般需要設(shè)計(jì)備用空調(diào)的原因)。
 ?。?)導(dǎo)風(fēng)板散熱方式運(yùn)行費(fèi)用(電費(fèi))極低,以內(nèi)循環(huán)空調(diào)散熱方式對(duì)2300kW系統(tǒng)散熱制冷所需要的至少30匹空調(diào)的制冷耗電功率約20kW、軸流風(fēng)機(jī)功率約5kW,而年耗電多11萬(wàn)kWh以上。
 ?。?)導(dǎo)風(fēng)板散熱方式基本不需要維護(hù),而空調(diào)散熱方式隨著使用年限增加,其維護(hù)費(fèi)用也大量增加。
  (6)導(dǎo)風(fēng)板散熱方式使用壽命可達(dá)15年以上,而空調(diào)的使用壽命一般為6年左右。
  從以上幾個(gè)方面的比較分析,本廠選用散熱設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)特、對(duì)環(huán)境適應(yīng)魯棒性強(qiáng)的ZINVERT系列高壓變頻器,并采用導(dǎo)風(fēng)板外循環(huán)散熱的方式做到了節(jié)約設(shè)備投資與運(yùn)行維護(hù)投資雙重效果。由于ZINVERT高壓變頻器設(shè)備溫升低、散熱設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)良,采用該散熱方式的#5、#6機(jī)組凝泵的高壓變頻器經(jīng)歷了夏季高溫考驗(yàn)、設(shè)備運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,未出現(xiàn)過由于設(shè)備高溫導(dǎo)致的警告或保護(hù)停機(jī)的現(xiàn)象。
3、凝結(jié)水泵高壓變頻器節(jié)電效果
  本長(zhǎng)的#5、#6機(jī)組凝泵高壓變頻改造分兩期進(jìn)行,分別利用機(jī)組小修期間進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)試,均在小修結(jié)束一次性投運(yùn)成功,設(shè)備自投運(yùn)以來(lái)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,節(jié)能效果顯著,生計(jì)部的改造前后的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)如下:

  注:工頻/變頻運(yùn)行電流均為6kV開關(guān)柜進(jìn)線的電流,母線電壓6.3kV左右。
  由于機(jī)組調(diào)峰關(guān)系,機(jī)組的負(fù)荷時(shí)有變化,由記錄數(shù)據(jù)看,機(jī)組負(fù)荷越低,輸入電流降得越多,凝結(jié)水泵電機(jī)的從電網(wǎng)輸入的功率越低,節(jié)電效果越明顯,根據(jù)本廠2007年的負(fù)荷情況,凝結(jié)水泵變頻改造綜合節(jié)電率可達(dá)28%以上。
4、電廠輔機(jī)高壓變頻器設(shè)備選型環(huán)境適應(yīng)的高魯棒性要求
  目前由于元件耐壓、技術(shù)成熟等方面的實(shí)際情況,目前國(guó)內(nèi)高壓變頻主回路拓?fù)湟话悴捎脝卧?jí)聯(lián)式,但是各家具有自主研發(fā)能力的廠家的產(chǎn)品在控制技術(shù)、散熱技術(shù)等方面又有不同技術(shù),正是由于這些專業(yè)化廠家的推動(dòng),高壓變頻技術(shù)日趨成熟,特別是一些針對(duì)性的技術(shù),大大提高了變頻系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定、可靠性。對(duì)于類似凝結(jié)水泵這類電廠鍋爐重要輔機(jī)采用高壓變頻器,除電氣方面的因素考慮外,建議在進(jìn)行設(shè)備選型時(shí)需特別關(guān)注產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)性能、設(shè)備運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性與可靠性,特別是設(shè)備對(duì)惡劣環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力。
  高壓變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)使用了移相隔離變壓器及大功率高頻開關(guān)元件,其發(fā)熱量較大,對(duì)安裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的散熱要求較高;同時(shí)高壓變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)也是由大量的電子器件組成的復(fù)雜的電子系統(tǒng),這些電子器件穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行除了對(duì)運(yùn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的溫度要求較嚴(yán)格外,對(duì)運(yùn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的粉塵、電磁干擾、濕度等指標(biāo)的要求也較高。若設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)不合理,當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度較高時(shí)系統(tǒng)就可能因過溫保護(hù)停機(jī),減少了設(shè)備利用率,因此采用合理的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、降低對(duì)環(huán)境的要求可提高設(shè)備改造的投資。智光電氣的ZINVERT系列高壓變頻器可適應(yīng)南方高溫、潮濕等環(huán)境,充分考慮了防塵與冷卻問題,甚至可采用室外一體化箱式安裝方式,散熱設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)顯著。特別是進(jìn)行機(jī)組輔機(jī)高壓變頻器節(jié)能調(diào)速改造時(shí),對(duì)于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)清潔、粉塵少的情況,完全可采用簡(jiǎn)單可靠的散熱方式,采用環(huán)境適應(yīng)的魯棒性的設(shè)備,不僅起到預(yù)期的改造節(jié)能效果,同時(shí)可大量節(jié)約設(shè)備投資,同時(shí)可降低設(shè)備的運(yùn)行和維護(hù)費(fèi)用。
  經(jīng)過西柏坡電廠前后兩期變頻改造設(shè)備選型與運(yùn)行情況比較,建議在選用高壓變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行節(jié)能改造時(shí)的選型除電氣方面的因素考慮外,更加關(guān)注產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)性能、設(shè)備運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性與可靠性,特別是設(shè)備對(duì)惡劣環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力。
