基于桌面云的新型無(wú)紙化會(huì)議系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

摘要: 構(gòu)建的基于桌面云的無(wú)紙化會(huì)議系統(tǒng)是一套高效優(yōu)化的、易管理、易擴(kuò)展的新型無(wú)紙化會(huì)議系統(tǒng),解決了常規(guī)無(wú)紙化會(huì)議系統(tǒng)無(wú)法遠(yuǎn)程創(chuàng)會(huì)、多個(gè)會(huì)議系統(tǒng)獨(dú)立管理、服務(wù)器宕機(jī)系統(tǒng)無(wú)法正常使用等問(wèn)題,提升了會(huì)議維護(hù)人員的工作效率。

Abstract: The paperless conference system based on desktop cloud present in this paper is a new type of paperless meeting system, which is efficient, optimized, easy-to-manage and easy-to-expand. It solves the problems that the conventional paperless conference system cannot create a conference remotely, multiple conference systems can only be managed independently, and the system cannot be used normally when the server is down. It improves the efficiency of the conference maintenance personnel.

引言
傳統(tǒng)的會(huì)議模式會(huì)前準(zhǔn)備參會(huì)材料時(shí),占用人力較多且用時(shí)較長(zhǎng),同時(shí)消耗大量財(cái)力,紙質(zhì)材料還存在一定的泄密風(fēng)險(xiǎn);會(huì)議進(jìn)行時(shí),與會(huì)者研討過(guò)程中,多人交互協(xié)同能力差,會(huì)議內(nèi)容很難準(zhǔn)確完整地被記錄;對(duì)于涉密會(huì)議材料,會(huì)后一一清點(diǎn)及核銷工作量大。為解決上述難題,無(wú)紙化會(huì)議系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,無(wú)紙化會(huì)議系統(tǒng)取得顯著成效,將多種信息化技術(shù)融入會(huì)議的各環(huán)節(jié)、貫穿會(huì)議全過(guò)程,既減少了紙張的浪費(fèi),又節(jié)省人力物力,增強(qiáng)多方協(xié)同交互性,提高會(huì)議工作效率[1-2]。
