虛擬人在高校智慧思政體系中的應(yīng)用探析

摘要： 提出在現(xiàn)有高校教育隊(duì)伍和國(guó)家智慧教育公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)上，利用大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)等技術(shù)，創(chuàng)設(shè)高校智慧思政虛擬人，形成線上與線下、教學(xué)與思政一體化運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)模式，構(gòu)建沉浸式、虛擬化、精準(zhǔn)化的工作體系。通過(guò)探析虛擬人在高校智慧思政體系中的應(yīng)用，增加和學(xué)生之間的互動(dòng)感和陪伴感，增強(qiáng)教育工作精準(zhǔn)度，進(jìn)一步賦能高校智慧思政體系，牢牢把握意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的話語(yǔ)主動(dòng)權(quán)，實(shí)現(xiàn)“三全育人”培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，助力培育擔(dān)當(dāng)民族復(fù)興大任的時(shí)代新人。

The application of virtual human in the smart ideological and political system of universities

Abstract： This paper proposes to create a virtual human of wisdom thinking and politics in colleges and universities on the basis of the existing university education team and the national smart education public service platform. By utilizing technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence and virtual reality, an integrated operation mode of online and offline, teaching and ideological and political education is formed, and an immersive, virtual and precise work system is constructed. Exploring the application of virtual people in the smart ideological and political system of universities can increase the sense of interaction and companionship with students, enhance the accuracy of education work, further empower the smart ideological and political system of colleges and universities, firmly grasp the discourse initiative in the field of ideology, achieve the training goal of "three-wide education", and help cultivate new people who take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.

引言

黨的二十大報(bào)告指出，“教育、科技、人才是全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家的基礎(chǔ)性、戰(zhàn)略性支撐。必須堅(jiān)持科技是第一生產(chǎn)力、人才是第一資源、創(chuàng)新是第一動(dòng)力，深入實(shí)施科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略、人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，開(kāi)辟發(fā)展新領(lǐng)域新賽道，不斷塑造發(fā)展新動(dòng)能新優(yōu)勢(shì)?！保?］ 當(dāng)前，人工智能技術(shù)的發(fā)展重塑了人們的生產(chǎn)生活和思維方式，高校教學(xué)與育人工作也面臨著全新的環(huán)境和挑戰(zhàn)，特別是數(shù)字時(shí)代背景下我國(guó)高校青年學(xué)生的數(shù)字素養(yǎng)普遍具有良好基礎(chǔ)，將高水平科技應(yīng)用到教育領(lǐng)域，有助于進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化育人目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向，同時(shí)提高科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化水平。習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在中共中央政治局第九次集體學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)指出,“人工智能是引領(lǐng)著新一輪科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革的戰(zhàn)略性技術(shù)，具有溢出帶動(dòng)性很強(qiáng)的‘頭雁’效應(yīng)?！保?］ 在人工智能等技術(shù)應(yīng)用下，運(yùn)用虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)等技術(shù)創(chuàng)造與人類形象接近的數(shù)字化形象，創(chuàng)設(shè)高校智慧思政虛擬人——“AI輔導(dǎo)員”，進(jìn)一步拓展教學(xué)與思政育人場(chǎng)景，提升育人效果，賦能高校智慧思政體系建設(shè)。
