便攜式XRF能譜儀中鋰離子電池恒壓轉(zhuǎn)換器的研究

摘要: 便攜式XRF能譜儀采用鋰離子電池供電,鋰離子電池放電過程中,輸出電壓隨時(shí)間逐漸減小,影響能譜儀檢測結(jié)果。為消除該不利影響,采用Buck-Boost拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),基于LTC3789設(shè)計(jì)寬輸入范圍、高轉(zhuǎn)換效率的恒壓轉(zhuǎn)換器,將鋰離子電池轉(zhuǎn)換為恒電壓輸出。詳細(xì)介紹了恒壓轉(zhuǎn)換器的設(shè)計(jì)過程,并對其功能和效率進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明:該恒壓轉(zhuǎn)換器輸出電壓穩(wěn)定,轉(zhuǎn)換效率高,滿足使用要求。

Abstract: The portable energy dispersion XRF spectrometer is powered by Li-ion battery. The output voltage of Li-ion battery gradually decreases with the stored energy is released, which causes a bad impact to the detection results of the spectrometer. To solve the problem, a voltage stable converter based on LTC3789 and Buck-Boost topology is designed which has a wide range input voltage and high efficiency. The design process of the converter is discussed in detail and the function and efficiency are tested. It is proved that the converter has stable output voltage, high efficiency and practicability.

引言

X射線熒光(X-Ray Fluorescence, XRF)是由物質(zhì)中的組成元素受激產(chǎn)生的特征輻射。X射線熒光光譜儀通過測量和分析樣品產(chǎn)生的X射線熒光,即可獲知樣品中的元素組成,得到物質(zhì)成分的定性和定量信息[1]。隨著現(xiàn)代電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,儀器功能模塊有高度集成化的趨勢,且采用小功率X光管,減少水冷系統(tǒng),可以大大減小儀器體積。用于現(xiàn)場分析的小型便攜式XRF能譜儀成為研究熱點(diǎn)[2]。
