多源數(shù)據(jù)融合的雷達(dá)威力范圍評(píng)估分析方法研究

摘要: 傳統(tǒng)意義上,由于無(wú)法找到大量獨(dú)立同分布的樣本,雷達(dá)威力范圍評(píng)估分析是小樣本問(wèn)題。從雷達(dá)威力范圍方程出發(fā),分析其中和雷達(dá)本身工作狀態(tài)、參數(shù)密切相關(guān)的個(gè)性因素,以及和雷達(dá)本身無(wú)關(guān)的目標(biāo)環(huán)境、氣象環(huán)境、操作使用等共性因素,對(duì)不同因素分別進(jìn)行處理,形成能夠關(guān)聯(lián)不同雷達(dá)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的雷達(dá)威力范圍方程。分析整理歷史上目標(biāo)雷達(dá)截面積數(shù)據(jù),確定其分布規(guī)律;結(jié)合雷達(dá)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)分析共性因素的分布規(guī)律;確定雷達(dá)威力范圍的分布規(guī)律,給出雷達(dá)威力范圍的點(diǎn)估計(jì)和區(qū)間估計(jì)。經(jīng)過(guò)試驗(yàn)分析,所提方法與其他相關(guān)方法相比有較好的優(yōu)越性。

Research on the evaluation and analysis method of radar power range based on multisource data fusion

Abstract: Traditionally, since a large number of independent and identically distributed random variables samples cannot be found, the evaluation and analysis of radar power range is a small sample problem. Starting from the radar power range equation, the individual factors closely related to the working state and parameters of the radar itself, as well as the common factors such as target environment, meteorological environment, operation and use that are not related to the radar itself are analyzed. Different factors are processed separately to form a radar power range equation that can connect different radar test data. Also, the crosssectional area data of historical target radar are analyzed and organized to determine their distribution patterns; the distribution pattern of common factors is analyzed based on radar test data; the distribution law of radar power range is determined, and the point estimation and interval estimation of radar power range are given. The experimental analysis show that this method has better advantages compared to other related methods.

0    引言

雷達(dá)對(duì)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行連續(xù)觀測(cè)的空域稱(chēng)作探測(cè)范圍,又稱(chēng)威力范圍[1-2]。威力范圍是雷達(dá)的一項(xiàng)重要性能指標(biāo),通過(guò)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)威力范圍進(jìn)行評(píng)估分析,可以有效地檢定雷達(dá)的威力范圍。由于時(shí)間、人力、空間等資源限制,雷達(dá)威力范圍的測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)是有限的,也即小樣本數(shù)據(jù),如何基于有限數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)雷達(dá)威力范圍進(jìn)行評(píng)估分析是一項(xiàng)難題。傳統(tǒng)方法多假定威力范圍服從正態(tài)分布,然后采用樣本均值和檢驗(yàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)量來(lái)確定威力范圍的點(diǎn)估計(jì)和區(qū)間估計(jì),這種方法一般存在較大誤差。文獻(xiàn)[3]-[5]采用貝葉斯小子樣理論對(duì)小樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,評(píng)估分析精度相比傳統(tǒng)方法有較大提高,但是要求驗(yàn)前和驗(yàn)后數(shù)據(jù)相互獨(dú)立并且服從相同的分布。

本文基于雷達(dá)方程,提出了一種基于多源數(shù)據(jù)融合的雷達(dá)威力范圍評(píng)估分析方法,該方法認(rèn)為不同雷達(dá)的測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)是存在內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)的,找到這種關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,融合不同雷達(dá)的測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù),可對(duì)雷達(dá)威力范圍進(jìn)行更為準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)估分析。
