工业互联网平台之云化工业软件功能视图研究

摘要： 工业互联网平台正由单项赋能向综合赋能转变，工业软件的云化和平台化发展给企业数字化转型带来新工具。通过分析工业互联网平台云化工业软件技术、功能特点，提出体现云化工业软件逻辑架构与优势特点的功能视图，帮助工业企业遴选、考察与业务需求相适应的软件功能，推动工业企业数字化转型，为促进软件服务商产品规划提供了相应参考。

Abstract： The industrial Internet platform is changing from single empowerment to comprehensive empowerment. The cloud and platform development of industrial software has brought new tools to the digital transformation of enterprises. By analyzing the technology and functional characteristics of industrial Internet platform cloud-based industrial software, this paper puts forward a functional view that reflects the logical architecture and advantages of cloud-based industrial software, helps industrial enterprises select and inspect software functions that meet business needs, and promotes enterprises digitalization. It also provides a corresponding reference for the product planning of software service providers.

0　引言

近年來，工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能等新一代信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，軟件技術(shù)架構(gòu)的云化和平臺化變革，給工業(yè)軟件帶來了新機遇，也正在重構(gòu)傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)格局。工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的機遇期，搶抓制造業(yè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)融合新高地[1]。工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺是全要素連接的樞紐，是工業(yè)資源配置的核心，呈現(xiàn)出跨領(lǐng)域、跨地區(qū)、全周期的新特性[2]。工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺正由單項賦能向綜合賦能轉(zhuǎn)變，推動工業(yè)化與信息化在更大范圍、更深程度、更高水平實現(xiàn)融合發(fā)展，迫切需要提升制造資源的優(yōu)化配置效率，工業(yè)軟件的云化和平臺化發(fā)展給企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型帶來新工具的同時，也正在創(chuàng)造新的應(yīng)用價值。本文介紹工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺之云化工業(yè)軟件的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢，提出了云化工業(yè)軟件的功能架構(gòu)，并根據(jù)應(yīng)用在研發(fā)設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)制造、經(jīng)營管理、運維服務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)的特點，給出了細化的功能參考視圖，為指導(dǎo)工業(yè)企業(yè)上云路線規(guī)劃、云化工業(yè)軟件選擇，促進工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展提供參考。
