2022年6月15日于格蒙登 – RECOM的QFN封裝RPX系列現(xiàn)已符合AEC－Q100 一級(jí)認(rèn)證要求。
頗受市場(chǎng)青睞的RECOM RPX QFN封裝的DC／DC轉(zhuǎn)換器現(xiàn)已開(kāi)始提供「－Q」型號(hào)，滿足了嚴(yán)苛的車規(guī)AEC－Q100 一級(jí)認(rèn)證要求，升級(jí)后含有用于自動(dòng)光學(xué)檢測(cè) （AOI）設(shè)備的「可濕側(cè)面封裝」。RPX－0．5Q和RPX－1．5Q系列轉(zhuǎn)換器的輸入可達(dá)36V，輸出在0． 8V至30V范圍內(nèi)可調(diào)。RPX－0．5Q提供0．5A電流，RPX－1．5Q提供1．5A，兩者均采用微型3 x 5 x 1．6mm無(wú)引線、熱增強(qiáng)的QFN封裝，降額時(shí)可在超過(guò)100°C的環(huán)境溫度下工作。這是由最先進(jìn)的集成和3D封裝技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)的，該技術(shù)使用引線框架上倒裝芯片 （FCOL）的過(guò)模封裝，不但提供低封裝熱阻，同時(shí)也降低制造成本和最終產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格。
RPX系列集成了必要的電感器，只需要外部輸入和輸出電容，根據(jù)客戶的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展，就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)全部的功能。提供開(kāi)／關(guān)控制、同步輸入以及電源良好輸出。支持軟啟動(dòng)并具有完善的短路、過(guò)流、過(guò)溫和輸入欠壓保護(hù)功能。采用FCOL結(jié)構(gòu)因此EMI極低，而且固定頻率也使所需的額外濾波更容易實(shí)現(xiàn)。
這兩種產(chǎn)品皆提供評(píng)估模塊。
