摘要: CCTV視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是自動(dòng)化程度較高海洋鉆井中較常使用的重要設(shè)備之一,對(duì)保障鉆井生產(chǎn)起到了重要作用。在鉆井平臺(tái)配置中多為監(jiān)控甲板和鉆井區(qū)域,對(duì)于JU2000E型鉆井平臺(tái),其配備了雙系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控設(shè)備,但兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)之間無(wú)融合。為此,從平臺(tái)使用實(shí)際、成本控制及組網(wǎng)便利性出發(fā),對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)平臺(tái)級(jí)CCTV系統(tǒng)整合的方案及多平臺(tái)構(gòu)建集中遠(yuǎn)傳監(jiān)控的可能性進(jìn)行了探討。

Abstract: CCTV video monitoring system is one of the most important equipment in offshore drilling with high degree of automation, which plays an important role in ensuring drilling production. In the configuration of drilling platform, most of them are monitoring deck and drilling area. For JU2000E drilling platform, there is no integration between the two monitoring systems. In this paper, based on the actual use of the platform, cost control and networking convenience, we study the scheme to realize the integration of platform level CCTV system and the possibility of building centralized remote monitoring on multiple platforms.

0 引言

    隨著海洋鉆井設(shè)備的自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的發(fā)展,CCTV視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在鉆井生產(chǎn)過程中的重要性逐漸凸顯。以目前主流鉆井JU2000E型平臺(tái)為例,該型號(hào)平臺(tái)配有兩套HERNIS品牌的CCTV視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。目前該類型海洋鉆井平臺(tái)級(jí)CCTV系統(tǒng)多為根據(jù)平臺(tái)設(shè)備情況獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)多系統(tǒng)之間融合技術(shù)上需要服務(wù)商授權(quán)和硬件支持且升級(jí)費(fèi)用昂貴。平臺(tái)級(jí)也無(wú)統(tǒng)一的與上級(jí)部門的對(duì)接端口,缺乏有效實(shí)現(xiàn)集中遠(yuǎn)傳監(jiān)控的條件。

    對(duì)于海洋鉆井平臺(tái),如何實(shí)現(xiàn)平臺(tái)級(jí)多個(gè)CCTV系統(tǒng)之間融合監(jiān)控,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)生產(chǎn)中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)區(qū)域的集中監(jiān)控顯得更加重要。對(duì)于海洋平臺(tái)上級(jí)管理單位,如何高效實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)多個(gè)海洋平臺(tái)視頻監(jiān)控實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)傳和集中整合,在推進(jìn)海洋鉆井信息化的今天更顯重要[1-2]
