集成射頻與視頻監(jiān)控的交通流參數(shù)檢測(cè)技術(shù)

摘要: 提出一種集成射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)和視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)的交通流參數(shù)測(cè)量方式。介紹了檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)組成、基于射頻技術(shù)(RFID)的車(chē)載電子車(chē)牌關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、道路視頻圖像處理技術(shù)等。系統(tǒng)根據(jù)射頻終端信號(hào)實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)整視頻采集速率,對(duì)射頻數(shù)據(jù)和視頻數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行及時(shí)處理得到車(chē)牌、車(chē)輛特征、車(chē)速以及車(chē)流量等有效交通流參數(shù),并將數(shù)據(jù)壓縮之后通過(guò)云端網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)送至服務(wù)器端,服務(wù)器端可遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控各路段交通信息,并可對(duì)視頻信息進(jìn)一步處理得到更多具體的信息,為實(shí)現(xiàn)交通誘導(dǎo)、違章監(jiān)控、速度監(jiān)控等提供可靠準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)支持。

Traffic flow parameter detection technology based on RFID and video monitoring

Abstract: This paper presents a traffic flow parameter measurement method based on RFID and video monitoring technology. It introduces the composition of detection system, key technology of vehicle electronic license plate based on radio frequency(RFID), image processing technology of road video, etc. The detection system reads the electronic license plate information from the RFID terminals installed on the supports on both sides of the road. Master control unit adjusts the signal acquisition rate of video terminal, RFID data and video data for processing in time to get the traffic data such as license plate,vehicle characteristics, speed and effective traffic flow parameters, etc. These data also can be compressed and sent to the server through the cloud network. The server can remote monitoring the road traffic, and can get more detailed information afer further processing. It provides reliable and accurate data support for traffic guidance, illegal monitoring and speed monitoring.

0 引言

    隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,城市汽車(chē)持有量顯著提升,道路交通問(wèn)題層出不窮,交通擁堵與交通安全問(wèn)題的關(guān)注度也隨之不斷提高。智能交通系統(tǒng)(Intelligent Transportation System,ITS)是目前緩解城市交通壓力、解決交通擁堵問(wèn)題的一種高效方法。道路車(chē)輛的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)作為ITS的重要組成部分,其工作效率和精度將直接影響ITS的智能化程度[1-2]。

    傳統(tǒng)的交通流量檢測(cè)器有電磁感應(yīng)線圈、超聲波檢測(cè)器、微波檢測(cè)器和紅外光標(biāo)及基于視頻的流量檢測(cè)器等多種方式[3]。與其他檢測(cè)方式相比,基于視頻的車(chē)流量統(tǒng)計(jì)方法具有不破壞路面、安裝簡(jiǎn)單、獲得參數(shù)更多、更直觀、監(jiān)測(cè)范圍廣等優(yōu)點(diǎn),近些年得到越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用。但視頻圖像檢測(cè)受外部環(huán)境影響較大,如檢測(cè)中存在大型車(chē)輛能遮擋隨行小型車(chē)輛;受光照影響,不同時(shí)段車(chē)輛陰影位置變化,可能導(dǎo)致兩個(gè)或多個(gè)車(chē)輛目標(biāo)粘連在一起而被錯(cuò)誤的當(dāng)作一個(gè)車(chē)輛;積水反射或雨霧天氣等都可能造成檢測(cè)誤差[4-5]。本文提出將射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)和視頻技術(shù)相結(jié)合進(jìn)行交通流參數(shù)測(cè)量,具有高精度、高速識(shí)別、可工作于惡劣環(huán)境等特點(diǎn),應(yīng)用在道路監(jiān)控領(lǐng)域有其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
