摘要: 從銀行業(yè)發(fā)展視角提出了對數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型定義,分析了市場中有代表性數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型模型,描述了銀行在數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型實踐中多種策略特點(diǎn),并以德意志銀行在中國金融科技實踐進(jìn)行具體分析。闡述了德意志銀行在中國數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的具體實踐內(nèi)容,分析了BLUE WATER SPACE戰(zhàn)略意義與功能,指出升級后的德銀金融科技實驗室是邊緣創(chuàng)新的成功事例。德意志銀行(中國)基于發(fā)展服務(wù)提出的建立開放式銀行、提升客戶服務(wù)水平、擁抱先進(jìn)數(shù)字技術(shù)三者協(xié)同的數(shù)字生態(tài)共生發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對于我國國有商業(yè)銀行的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型具有參考價值。

Abstract: This paper presents a definition of digital transformation from the perspective of banking industry development, analyzes representative digital transformation models in the market, describes various strategic features of banks in digital transformation practice, and provides a specific analysis of Deutsche Bank(DB)′s fintech practice in China. Additionally, this paper illustrates the specific content of DB′s digital transformation practice in China, analyzes the strategic significance and functions of BLUE WATER SPACE, and points out that the upgraded DB fintech lab is a successful example of edge innovation. The digital ecological symbiosis development strategy of establishing open banking, improving customer service and embracing advanced digital technology, which is proposed by DB China based on development services, has reference value for the digital transformation of state-owned commercial banks in China.
