面向水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)的無人巡檢器控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

摘要: 針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)水質(zhì)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)成本高、低擴(kuò)展性等問題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于4G的無人巡檢器及控制系統(tǒng),構(gòu)建以樹莓派為核心,集成視頻、水質(zhì)傳感器、超聲波傳感、GPS等多種信息采集器的邊緣計(jì)算網(wǎng)絡(luò),設(shè)計(jì)了應(yīng)用通信協(xié)議,研發(fā)了控制系統(tǒng)軟件包括無人巡檢器端控制軟件、云服務(wù)器端控制軟件和手機(jī)端控制軟件。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,控制系統(tǒng)能完成一定水域面積下的多點(diǎn)水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)及地理位置的實(shí)時(shí)采集、傳送、存儲(chǔ)、查詢,利用遠(yuǎn)程視頻實(shí)時(shí)控制無人巡檢器的航行路線、水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)等,并支持多臺(tái)無人巡檢器在線作業(yè),具有高擴(kuò)展性,可平順切換到5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)。

Remote monitoring mobile water quality monitor and its control system development based on 4G

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high cost and low expansibility of traditional on-line water quality monitoring system, a mobile water quality monitor and control system based on 4G is designed. An edge computing network with raspberry pie as the core, integrating video, water quality sensor, ultrasonic sensor, GPS and other information collectors is constructed, and the application communication protocol is designed. The control system software is developed, including mobile monitor-side control software, cloud server-side control software and mobile-side control software. The system operation results show that the control system can complete the real-time collection, transmission, storage and query of multi-point water quality monitoring data and geographical location under a certain water area, and use remote video to control the navigation route and water quality monitoring points of mobile water quality monitor in real time. It also supports the online operation of multiple mobile water quality monitors, which has high expansibility and can be smoothly switched to 5G network.

0 引言

    目前我國(guó)地表水資源環(huán)境所處的形勢(shì)不容樂觀,一方面,人口對(duì)水資源的需求呈上升趨勢(shì)[1];另一方面,我國(guó)地表水資源污染問題較為嚴(yán)峻[2]。因此,建立健全的水資源保護(hù)機(jī)制愈來愈成為社會(huì)發(fā)展亟須解決的問題,其中科學(xué)有效的水資源監(jiān)測(cè)與調(diào)查手段是對(duì)水質(zhì)污染治理的前提和基礎(chǔ)。

    在眾多水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)手段中,較為傳統(tǒng)的是實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)法,該方法通過人工對(duì)預(yù)定點(diǎn)進(jìn)行水樣采集,然后在實(shí)驗(yàn)室通過化學(xué)分析法[3]、生物分析法[4]等方法進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的水質(zhì)分析,最終生成水質(zhì)報(bào)告。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)法優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于測(cè)定方法多樣,分析結(jié)果精準(zhǔn)且水質(zhì)指標(biāo)較為豐富,但是其具有測(cè)定周期較長(zhǎng)、成本高、采集到的水樣相對(duì)于水域不具備代表性等缺點(diǎn)。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)以及傳感器應(yīng)用等方面的發(fā)展,在線水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)得到了越來越多的應(yīng)用[5-6]。如張秀再[7]等人設(shè)計(jì)的河流水質(zhì)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),以MSP430F149單片機(jī)為核心,采用漂浮圈為載體搭載水質(zhì)傳感器,最終利用無線通信模塊傳輸采集信息;郭鵬飛[8]等人設(shè)計(jì)的基于樹莓派的遠(yuǎn)程水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)以樹莓派作為系統(tǒng)核心監(jiān)聽水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)儀檢測(cè)到的水質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)信息,再將水質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)信息通過GPRS模塊發(fā)送到云端數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。這些系統(tǒng)都極大地縮短了水質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)采集周期,達(dá)到了實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集監(jiān)控的要求,但是可測(cè)定水域范圍有限,擴(kuò)展性較差。劉星橋[9]等人設(shè)計(jì)的基于GPS的自學(xué)習(xí)導(dǎo)航游弋式水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)以小型船體作為水質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)采集載體并搭配遙控器,設(shè)計(jì)了船體運(yùn)動(dòng)主控制器和遙控控制器,使用ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò)和GPRS進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。其中ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行控制指令的傳輸,速度快、成本低,但是傳輸范圍有限,通信穩(wěn)定性受環(huán)境制約;GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行水質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)以及地理信息數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。該系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程控制、多點(diǎn)檢測(cè)以及水質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)的在線訪問等功能,但是其航行控制范圍較小,只能在人工視野范圍內(nèi)工作?;诖?,本文提出了一種基于4G的無人巡檢器及控制系統(tǒng),開發(fā)了手機(jī)移動(dòng)應(yīng)用,可利用遠(yuǎn)程視頻觀察當(dāng)前水域作業(yè)場(chǎng)景,實(shí)時(shí)控制無人巡檢器航行路線、水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)等。該系統(tǒng)能完成一定水域面積下的多點(diǎn)水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)及地理位置的實(shí)時(shí)采集、傳送、存儲(chǔ)、查詢,并且具有高擴(kuò)展性,支持多臺(tái)無人巡檢器的在線作業(yè)。
