便攜式脈沖渦流熱成像電源系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 為實(shí)現(xiàn)脈沖渦流熱成像技術(shù)應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè),針對(duì)鋰電池單獨(dú)供電存在功率低、電壓小等問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于“鋰電池+超級(jí)電容”復(fù)合電源技術(shù)的便攜式電源系統(tǒng)方案。通過(guò)超級(jí)電容的充放電實(shí)現(xiàn)功率變換,采用DC/DC變換器實(shí)現(xiàn)電壓轉(zhuǎn)換,實(shí)現(xiàn)鋰電池的高效利用。首先分析了脈沖渦流熱成像電源需求,介紹了電源拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)并搭建了便攜式電源系統(tǒng),之后詳細(xì)分析了系統(tǒng)開關(guān)控制策略,最后對(duì)其性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試并通過(guò)裂紋檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了便攜式電源的實(shí)用性。結(jié)果表明:該便攜式電源系統(tǒng)額定功率可達(dá)1.5 kW,重量在10 kg以內(nèi),滿足脈沖渦流熱成像對(duì)便攜式電源的初步需求。

Design of portable power supply system for pulsed eddy current thermography

Abstract: In order to realize the application of pulsed eddy current thermography technology in field detection, a portable power system scheme based on "lithium battery+supercapacitor" composite power supply technology was designed to solve the problems of low power and low voltage in the separate power supply of lithium battery.The power conversion is realized by charging and discharging of supercapacitors, and the voltage conversion is realized by using DC/DC converter to realize efficient utilization of lithium batteries.Firstly, the demand of pulsed eddy current thermal imaging power supply is analyzed, the topological structure of the power supply is introduced and the portable power supply system is built. Then, the switching control strategy of the system is analyzed in detail. Finally, its performance is tested and the practicability of the portable power supply is verified by crack detection experiment. The results show that the rated power of the portable power supply system is up to 1.5 kW and the weight is within 10 kg, which meets the initial demand of the portable power supply for pulsed eddy current thermography.

0 引言

    脈沖渦流熱成像是一種將渦流檢測(cè)和紅外熱成像技術(shù)相結(jié)合的新型無(wú)損檢測(cè)方法,具有非接觸、檢測(cè)范圍大、熱圖顯示直觀、感應(yīng)熱激勵(lì)效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)[1-3]。目前的研究主要關(guān)注熱成像、熱激勵(lì)、熱圖分析三個(gè)方面。其中熱激勵(lì)作為關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,大多數(shù)研究直接采用商業(yè)感應(yīng)加熱電源,這些電源存在加熱效率低和均勻性差等問(wèn)題[4]。近年來(lái),也有關(guān)于脈沖渦流熱成像激勵(lì)電源的研究。王曉娜等人[5]引入U(xiǎn)型聚磁線圈的整套激勵(lì)裝置,通過(guò)有限元仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證有聚磁線圈的激勵(lì)比無(wú)聚磁線圈的激勵(lì)具有更高的能量傳遞效率和更佳的均勻性。為克服單路激勵(lì)存在對(duì)裂紋方向依耐性強(qiáng)和檢測(cè)靈敏度,提出一種雙路正交激勵(lì)電源系統(tǒng)[6]。針對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)高頻感應(yīng)加熱電源中諧振頻率搜索慢、頻帶窄,提出一種基于改進(jìn)型全數(shù)字頻率跟蹤技術(shù)的高頻感應(yīng)加熱電源[7]。這些電源雖然改善了商業(yè)電源存在的問(wèn)題,但這些電源采用大型變壓器整流供電或直接采用直流電源供電,存在著體積重量大、不便移動(dòng)等問(wèn)題。現(xiàn)代便攜式設(shè)備通常有鋰電池供電和外接電源兩種供電方式[8]。對(duì)于一些船舶、大橋等戶外檢測(cè)場(chǎng)景,由鋰電池供電的便攜式脈沖激勵(lì)電源系統(tǒng)顯得尤為重要。

    鋰電池作為常見的的能量存儲(chǔ)器件,其單體輸出功率低、電壓小。鋰電池單獨(dú)供電時(shí),提升其功率、電壓時(shí)需要更多的單體;因此兼顧功率輸出、能量?jī)?chǔ)存與系統(tǒng)體積重量是便攜式脈沖渦流熱成像電源亟待解決的問(wèn)題。為此,設(shè)計(jì)一種結(jié)合鋰電池與超級(jí)電容的便攜式電源,合理有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)了脈沖渦流熱成像技術(shù)應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)。
