過濾材料性能檢測平臺測控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

摘要: 設(shè)計完成了一套采用LabVIEW軟件和西門子PLC作為上下位機的過濾材料性能檢測系統(tǒng),該測控系統(tǒng)對過濾材料進行了試驗。檢測結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)測量精度高、重復(fù)性好、工作穩(wěn)定、用戶界面良好、自動化程度高,達到了設(shè)計要求。

Filter material performance test platform measurement and control system design

Abstract: A design is completed using LabVIEW software and Siemens PLC as a subordinate unit of the filter material performance testing system. Control system design is completed the filter material tested, the test results show that the system is high precision, repetition is good, stable, a good user interface and a high degree of automation, meet the design requirements.
