摘要: 智能油田應(yīng)用開發(fā)涉及的數(shù)據(jù)種類繁多、來源多樣,數(shù)據(jù)量大且標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不一??碧介_發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)湖平臺(tái)的目標(biāo)是在數(shù)據(jù)源與數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用之間建立橋梁,對采集到的原始數(shù)據(jù)在數(shù)據(jù)湖內(nèi)進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化治理、聚合加工并封裝為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)提供應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)調(diào)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)資源的管用分離。根據(jù)某智能油田項(xiàng)目所開展的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)入湖遷移與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化改造工作,提出了一套基于數(shù)據(jù)湖平臺(tái)的智能油田實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化開發(fā)方法,并利用數(shù)據(jù)湖平臺(tái)實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)工具,將智能油田實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)經(jīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化改造后遷移入湖。該項(xiàng)研究為油氣生產(chǎn)企業(yè)數(shù)智化轉(zhuǎn)型提供了新的方法與工具支撐,有助于提高智能油田大數(shù)據(jù)分析應(yīng)用的開發(fā)效率與質(zhì)量。

Standardized development and practical implementation of real-time data services for intelligent oilfields based on a data lake platform

Abstract: Intelligent oilfield application development involves a wide variety of data with large amount, from diverse sources and different standards. The Exploration and Production (E&P) data lake platform is positioned to build a bridge between data sources and data applications. The collected raw data is standardized, aggregated and processed in the data lake and encapsulated into standardized services for application systems to call, thereby realizing the separation from data resources to data applications. This paper summarizes the work related to the migration of real-time data services into data lake and the standardized transformation during one intelligent oilfield project. Then a standardized approach for real-time data services development in intelligent oilfield based on the data lake platform is proposed, which has been implemented and verified by using data lake real-time development tool to standardize the real-time data services and then migrate into data lake. This research provides new method and tool support for the digital and intelligent transformation of oil and gas enterprises to improve the efficiency and quality of industrial big data application development.

引言

目前,大多數(shù)油氣田企業(yè)仍然使用傳統(tǒng)的以專業(yè)為單位“豎井”式數(shù)據(jù)管理手段。隨著多源異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)數(shù)量和種類不斷增多,油氣田生產(chǎn)涵蓋了從地質(zhì)勘察、物探管理、油氣集輸管理、設(shè)備設(shè)施狀態(tài)監(jiān)測到健康和安全管理等流程和工藝。每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)都各具特點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)管理分散凌亂,給數(shù)據(jù)資源的上下銜接和循環(huán)共享管理帶來困難。隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的演進(jìn),數(shù)據(jù)管理手段不斷更新,數(shù)據(jù)湖被廣泛接受。作為一種數(shù)據(jù)資源治理與服務(wù)管理平臺(tái),數(shù)據(jù)湖接收來自不同源頭、格式和結(jié)構(gòu)各異的數(shù)據(jù),并對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行清洗、轉(zhuǎn)化與加工處理,封裝為數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù),供各應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)使用。

隨著數(shù)字孿生(Digital Twins,DT)、商業(yè)智能(Business Intelligence, BI)、模型診斷等技術(shù)的發(fā)展,油氣田生產(chǎn)的業(yè)務(wù)側(cè)對實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)分析應(yīng)用的需求日益迫切。石油行業(yè)在利用實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)時(shí)又面臨著幾個(gè)顯著的挑戰(zhàn):一是數(shù)據(jù)量龐大且種類繁多,要求石油企業(yè)必須具備高效的數(shù)據(jù)采集、存儲(chǔ)和處理能力,以確保數(shù)據(jù)的完整性和可用性。二是實(shí)時(shí)性要求極高,因?yàn)槭蜕a(chǎn)過程中的任何細(xì)微變化都可能對生產(chǎn)效率和安全產(chǎn)生重大影響,因此實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)必須能夠迅速捕捉并響應(yīng)這些變化。此外,數(shù)據(jù)安全與隱私保護(hù)也是石油行業(yè)必須面對的重要問題。

智能油田實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)主要通過邊緣計(jì)算與云端協(xié)同、大數(shù)據(jù)分析與可視化、智能決策支持以及一體化管理平臺(tái)等方法實(shí)現(xiàn)。邊緣計(jì)算與云端協(xié)同在實(shí)時(shí)性和數(shù)據(jù)處理能力上表現(xiàn)突出,能夠顯著降低數(shù)據(jù)傳輸延遲并提升處理效率;智能決策支持系統(tǒng)則顯著增強(qiáng)了決策的科學(xué)性和準(zhǔn)確性。而大數(shù)據(jù)分析能夠?yàn)橛吞锏目碧介_發(fā)、生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化、設(shè)備維護(hù)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警等提供支持。作為實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ),面向大數(shù)據(jù)分析的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化開發(fā)是一項(xiàng)決定性技術(shù),保證實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)能夠在數(shù)據(jù)湖中實(shí)現(xiàn)采集、加工、共享、存儲(chǔ)、應(yīng)用,保證整個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)鏈路完整、準(zhǔn)確,保障數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)用質(zhì)量和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一[1-4]?,F(xiàn)有的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化在數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理和存儲(chǔ)方面面臨復(fù)雜挑戰(zhàn),本文提出了一種基于分層結(jié)構(gòu)的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化方法。該方法不僅精細(xì)化了數(shù)據(jù)分層,完善了管理體系,還提供了切實(shí)可行的解決方案,有效應(yīng)對了智能油田實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化中的各種難題。
