一種可植入光遺傳電路中無線供電抑制EMI方法

摘要: 提出了一種無線可植入光遺傳硬件結(jié)構(gòu)。在光遺傳實驗過程中,生物體體外采用磁諧振式無線能量技術(shù)對體內(nèi)電路進(jìn)行供電;然而在無線能量傳輸(WPT)過程中需要借助磁耦合將發(fā)射端電能轉(zhuǎn)化成高頻磁場,磁場是無線能量傳輸系統(tǒng)傳輸電能的介質(zhì),其帶來的電磁輻射(EMI)問題將對于生物體安全帶來威脅;因此,設(shè)計了一種改進(jìn)的展頻和諧波抑制無線能量供電電路。首先介紹了系統(tǒng)的工作原理,然后采用電路理論分析了該電路的特性,并設(shè)計了發(fā)射端與接收端電路并進(jìn)行了仿真,最后設(shè)計了硬件電路樣機(jī)并在實驗環(huán)境下按照植入式供電電路電磁兼容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了驗證。實驗結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)能夠有效抑制EMI,并能持續(xù)穩(wěn)定對體內(nèi)植入電路有效供電。

Abstract: In this paper, a wireless implantable optogenetic hardware structure is proposed. In the experimental process, a magnetic resonant wireless energy technology is used outside the organism to power the in vivo circuit; however, in the Wireless Energy Transfer (WPT) process, it is necessary to convert the electrical energy at the transmitting end into a high-frequency magnetic field with the help of magnetic coupling, and the magnetic field is the medium for transmitting electrical energy in the wireless energy transfer system, and the Electromagnetic Radiation (EMI) problem brought by it will be a threat to the organism. Therefore, an improved frequency spreading and harmonic suppression wireless energy supply circuit is designed.

引言

近20年來神經(jīng)調(diào)控技術(shù)蓬勃發(fā)展,已形成了深腦刺激(Deep Brain Stimulation, DBS)、迷走神經(jīng)刺激(Vagus Nerve Stimulation,VNS)、骶神經(jīng)刺激(Sacral Nerve Stimulation, SNS)和脊髓外周神經(jīng)刺激(Spinal Cord Stimulation,SCS)等不同靶點的電刺激技術(shù),分別用以治療帕金森氏癥、癲癇、神經(jīng)性尿失禁、頑固性或癌性疼痛等神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)問題,緩解患者的痛苦[1]。而基于腦機(jī)接口技術(shù)(Brain Computer Interface,BCI)的腦科學(xué)相關(guān)研究以及神經(jīng)退行性病變的神經(jīng)調(diào)控研究也進(jìn)入了新階段[2-3],前者深入至視覺、記憶、思維和意識形成的機(jī)制研究,后者則在阿爾茲海默癥 (AD)和漸凍癥 (ALS)等方向逐步推進(jìn)。伴隨著BCI研究的深入,以光遺傳學(xué)技術(shù)為代表的新型研究工具也在逐漸成型。
