基于Excel VBA的電源電流檢測(cè)電路快速參數(shù)選定

摘要: 對(duì)于實(shí)際的電源電路系統(tǒng),通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)電流檢測(cè)電路來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)各路電源電流的實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè),在電流檢測(cè)電路設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中通常需要對(duì)采樣電阻和調(diào)理電阻的阻值進(jìn)行選型計(jì)算。針對(duì)這種比較繁瑣且重復(fù)性較高的工作,提出利用Excel VBA編寫(xiě)包含串聯(lián)、并聯(lián)及比例的阻值選型計(jì)算模塊技術(shù),能夠快速有效地解決電流檢測(cè)電路中的電阻選型問(wèn)題。結(jié)果表明:使用VBA程序?qū)﹄娮钄?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行選型計(jì)算,能夠在Excel的工作表單元格上自動(dòng)生成目標(biāo)電阻阻值,該方法能夠有效地提高采樣電阻和調(diào)理電阻的阻值選型計(jì)算的精度及效率。

Fast parameter selection of power supply current detection circuit based on Excel VBA

Abstract: For the actual power supply circuit system, the current detection circuit is designed to realize the real-time detection of each power supply current. In the process of current detection circuit design, it is usually necessary to select and calculate the resistance values of the sampling resistance and conditioning resistance. In view of this complicated and highly repetitive work, the technology of using Excel VBA to compile resistance selection calculation module including series, parallel and proportion is proposed. It can quickly and effectively solve the problem of resistance selection in current detection circuit. The results show that using VBA program to calculate the resistance data can automatically generate the target resistance value on the Excel worksheet cells. This method can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of the resistance selection calculation of the sampling resistance and conditioning resistance.

0 引言
對(duì)于一個(gè)實(shí)際的電路系統(tǒng),需要認(rèn)真分析它的電源需求,不僅僅要關(guān)心輸入電壓和輸出電壓,還要細(xì)致地考慮電源總功耗問(wèn)題,因此在設(shè)計(jì)電源電路前需要先評(píng)估每路電源的功耗,然后選擇合適的電源IC。在測(cè)試電源電路時(shí)有時(shí)想知道之前評(píng)估的電源功耗是否準(zhǔn)確,很容易通過(guò)電源儀表去觀(guān)測(cè)到輸入電源的電流從而計(jì)算輸入電源的總功耗,但是輸入電源經(jīng)過(guò)變換后的每一路的輸出電源無(wú)法進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)觀(guān)測(cè),此時(shí)運(yùn)用電源電流檢測(cè)IC能實(shí)時(shí)對(duì)各路電源進(jìn)行電流監(jiān)測(cè),從而能計(jì)算各路電源的功耗。
電源電流檢測(cè)電路除了檢測(cè)電流IC外,通常包含電流采樣電阻和信號(hào)調(diào)理電路,最終將調(diào)理后的電壓信號(hào)送至ADC進(jìn)行采樣,在電流轉(zhuǎn)換到電壓過(guò)程中就涉及了定標(biāo)問(wèn)題,本文利用Excel VBA進(jìn)行快速定標(biāo)。
