面向配电网的5G异构网络部署策略

摘要: 随着能源互联网的发展与“双碳”能源发展目标的提出,配电网将产生一批新兴业务用以监测和控制网络运行情况。为适应配电网业务通信新需求,提出一种考虑终端重要性的宏微基站联合部署策略。该策略考虑终端业务承载状况,基于业务重要度来量化配电网中终端重要性,并以终端重要性作为权重,以加权信干噪比、部署成本与终端覆盖重叠度作为优化目标,采用遗传算法实现5G宏基站与微基站的联合部署。仿真验证表明,该部署策略在加权信干噪比与部署成本上均优于对比算法,可有效提高配电网中5G网络的部署效益。

Abstract: With the development of the Energy Internet and the “dual-carbon” goal, a batch of new services will bloom to monitor and control the operation of power distribution network. To adapt to the developing demands of power distribution network, a terminal importance-based base-station deployment strategy(TI-BSDS) is proposed. The strategy takes into account the terminal service carrying status, quantifies the importance of the terminal in the distribution network based on the importance of the service, and taking importance of the terminal as weight, using the weighted signal-to-interference and noise ratio, deployment cost and terminal overlap coverage as the optimization target, adopts genetic algorithm to realize the deployment of 5G macro base stations and micro base stations. Simulation results show that TI-BSDS is superior to the comparison algorithms in terms of weighted signal-to-noise ratio and deployment cost, and TI-BSDS can effectively improve the deployment benefit of 5G networks in power distribution networks.

0 引言

    隨著能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展與“雙碳”目標(biāo)的提出,配電網(wǎng)將產(chǎn)生一批新興業(yè)務(wù),已有業(yè)務(wù)的通信需求及分布特征也將發(fā)生變化。5G通信技術(shù)具有大帶寬、低時(shí)延和廣連接的突出優(yōu)勢(shì)[1],與能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、配電網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)需求高度吻合,是支撐配電網(wǎng)通信的最佳選擇。

    5G宏基站覆蓋范圍小于3G/4G基站,需要通過(guò)部署微基站實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋[2-4]。已有基站部署策略研究中,大多采用遺傳算法[5-6]、免疫算法[7-9]、貪婪算法[10]等算法進(jìn)行基站部署策略?xún)?yōu)化求解。上述研究忽略了終端的多樣性,還未實(shí)現(xiàn)多種基站聯(lián)合部署。

    為滿足配電網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)通信未來(lái)需求,本文提出一種考慮終端重要性的宏微基站聯(lián)合部署策略(Terminal Importance-based Base Station Deployment Strategy,TI-BSDS)。該策略基于配電網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)通信指標(biāo)的需求程度求解各業(yè)務(wù)重要度,然后基于配電終端承載業(yè)務(wù)情況得到配電終端重要度,最后以覆蓋重疊度、部署成本、終端加權(quán)信干噪比為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),采用遺傳算法求解部署方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)終端全覆蓋,提高重要配電終端的通信服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
