5G邊緣UPF專網鋼鐵智造應用研究

摘要: 傳統(tǒng)鋼鐵制造行業(yè)信息化轉型對超低時延、超大帶寬上行業(yè)務、高效穩(wěn)定網絡質量需求越發(fā)明顯。局域無線Wi-Fi、藍牙、工業(yè)AP、光纜在抵抗干擾、丟包穩(wěn)定性、業(yè)務擴展性、超低時延、接入終端數已無法持續(xù)滿足業(yè)務轉型需求。在5G網絡時代通過靈活部署UPF以及拓寬UPF功能來滿足傳統(tǒng)鋼鐵制造業(yè)各種類型網絡業(yè)務能力需求,通過專網部署優(yōu)化實現一張網絡滿足多種業(yè)務使用需求,能夠有效實現業(yè)務效率提升。

Abstract: The information transformation of traditional iron and steel manufacturing industry has more and more obvious requirements for ultra-low delay, ultra-wide bandwidth uplink services, efficient and stable network quality. Local wireless Wi-Fi, Blue- tooth, industrial AP and optical cable are unable to meet the needs of business transformation in resisting interference, packet loss stability, service scalability, ultra-low delay and the number of access terminals. In the 5G network era, through flexible deployment of UPF and broadening the function of UPF to meet the needs of various types of network business capacity of traditional steel manufacturing industry, through the optimization of private network deployment to achieve a network to meet the needs of a variety of business use, it can effectively improve business efficiency.

0 引言
工業(yè)信息化是當前我國由傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)制造大國向工業(yè)制造強國轉變的關鍵舉措,中國鋼鐵產量長期占據全球50%以上產能,但是生產效率低于行業(yè)平均水平,伴隨5G新基建起步,以5G布局助力工業(yè)智能制造發(fā)展逐漸清晰。傳統(tǒng)鋼鐵制造業(yè)通信網絡構建嚴重依賴固網專線、無線工業(yè)Wi-Fi、藍牙短距通信等多制式網絡,但隨著鋼鐵行業(yè)各個生產設備接入環(huán)網需求量增加,傳統(tǒng)拉網布線已經難以滿足苛刻生產環(huán)境下設備接入需求的快速增長[1]。因此,鋼鐵制造領域極需能夠滿足大數據傳輸、穩(wěn)定可靠、海量接入、生產數據可控的網絡信息化方式來實現一體化信息布局,增強工業(yè)制造實力。第五代通信技術(5G)憑借其增強移動寬帶、海量機器類通信、超可靠低時延通信功能特性,將極大地適配當前生產需求,5G新網元UPF通過靈活部署方式實現當前超低時延業(yè)務可行性,同時進一步延伸邊緣計算業(yè)務,來達到生產辦公數據通信統(tǒng)一化[2]。
